Had a fun stay!

I loved the staff, most were very nice. Rooms were spacious. I didn't like that check in was supposed to be at 4 and our room wasn't ready until a little after 5. we didn't get a chance to swim due to raining entire stay, so they kept the pool closed. There were no robes, in our rooms. Things were broken that needed fixing in the room. The bed was hard, wasn't comfortable.

Beautiful hotel, amazing rooms. The staff seems a little overwhelmed which means more wait time to check in and valet! Overall the experience was amazing!

alot of things were broken in the suite. It was supposed to come with a pullout bed but the couch did not pull out and was half of a couch. Jacuzzi was out of order. Staff was not very accommidating to complaints.

It was pretty well maintained. Rooms were spacious. The staff was helpful. However if you’re looking to do Valet then I urge you to be prepared to pay 45 dollars EACH time you want to use the car. The website advertises that the hotel offers 45 dollars covered valet parking PER night with in and out privileges. We asked for our car twice in one day and had to pay almost 100 dollars just so they could retrieve the car. I personally don’t feel like their advertisement about having in and out privileges was true.

After checking in got to my room, the floors were filthy, black long hair around floors and some stuck in the towels. No ocean view. What have reserved through Expedia as per description was totally different and false information. I was really disappointed. I picked this hotel because in the description said on the beach... totally false information was one block away and had to cross the main street that was really inconvenient. Hot tub was closed didn't worked at all.. more disappointed. Happy hour drink nothing than screwdriver the entire time. And prepaid breakfast options straight garbage. This place consider as resort for no reason, had nothing to provide as the resort. And paid for Nothing as per resort fee which was over 300$ never again going back to the this hotel.

After a written complaint all that was offered was a refund of resort fees room 411 Sadly, the room did not reflect the standard we had experienced on previous visits. There was construction dust throughout, dirty windows and ledges, human hair on the chairs, and filthy baseboards. Other issues included an unfinished bathroom handle that trapped one guest inside, a sliding bedroom door that would not close, a missing window shade, a broken mirror leaning against the wall, ripped furniture and a rusty bedside table. We repeatedly had to request towels, toilet paper and laundry detergent. After the first day, no detergent was available, making the in-suite washer and dryer unusable. The refrigerator/freezer leaked twice. The first maintenance technician dismissed our concerns, and the promised replacement never arrived. The second leak left significant water across the floor, despite requesting maintenance twice. Since we cooked during our stay, we had to throw away more than $100 USD of frozen food. The hallway air conditioning worked intermittently, and the corridors frequently smelled strongly of garbage. Our disappointment is with the condition of the property and the lack of operational follow-through—not the people. The Head of Housekeeping and her team responded immediately, cleaned thoroughly and were wonderful. Claude at the front desk was also exceptional: professional, proactive, attentive and genuinely committed to helping

The Boulan was a beautiful hotel, felt really luxurious, and made our time in Miami very comfortable. The rooms are stunning and the staff are so lovely. The only complaint I would have is that you get 2 beach chairs included in the booking, but you need to buy the umbrella for shade yourself. It would be very uncomfortable to use the chairs without shade, so this arrangement does feel a bit like a money grab. You also feel like an inconvenience when you arrive to the beach and ask for the umbrella, the staff located there don't seem to enjoy their job.

I enjoyed the stay and I will recommend others to come stay. I will be back

It was okay, miscommunication on incidental fees for extra days. Could not split payments and mixed room reservations, but made it right. Haven't received full deposit. Back yet. Seen a few small bugs, wasn't pleased for the prices charged! Requested spray or discounted room. Only resort fee do to booking 3rd party! Lovely pool area, slightly outdated amenities.

Location was great. Valet parking was nice. Room was very large compared to comparably priced options. Our couch in the terrace suite was in very poor condition. The bed mattress also had very bad dips and hurt our backs.
