Agave on the Beach

Avoid this property - air is unbreathable due to humidity and there is mold. This is a health & safety concern. We couldn't sleep well at night due to the extreme poor quality of the air.

Kitchen light was too dark.

We wrote that it was impossible to sleep because the air was very heavy, and the window in the room did not open. We asked to change the room, but no one responded to any of our messages. A person with health problems would not be able to sleep there, especially people who have asthma. Some of the furniture is new and some is older, but that is not the problem. The problem is that no one resolves the issues you report—they simply ignore them. This is very unprofessional.

1st this is not a hotel. 2nd false advertisement..there is NO private beach access and using images from Nautilus hotel is unprofessional. 3rd the view was of a hotel under construction less than 5ft from my room, EXTREMELY LOUD WITH A BUNCH OF MEN OUTSIDE THE WINDOW. Location, one street away from ocean drive and the beach. Needs a good cleaning and some tlc, we had 3 rooms total for everyone we traveled with. One room had a broken bathroom shower head , another room had a broken drawer. All three rooms were not cleaned very well and the whole place was dated .

It is very close to the beach and not noisy at night. Its pretty run down inside. And the wifi was absolutely horrendous.

the location is great humid room. as soon as you enter the room, there is a strong chemical smell. partially clean bedding, because the pillowcase was not clean. the shower leaks water onto the floor. it was very cold at night, we got an extra blanket because they said they don't have rooms with heaters, although my friend lived in another room with a heater :) I definitely wouldn't go back to this place for that kind of money :)

The place was really nice and check in was really easy However, there are a lot of noises on the background that you keep hearing i was there in january and it was actually very cold then there was no steam no normal blanket only a very thin sheet as a blanket and the shower did not get fully hot only warm and the main part is the parking there's no parking lot i parked on the street next to all the cars, but my car ended up getting towed and costed over $450

It was very clean and in a great location. The hot water in shower wasn’t working.

The check-in process went smoothly. The two codes, 1 for the main entrance and 1 for the room door were sent to my email address well in advance. Everything went perfectly, no problems, zero stress!! The room and bathroom were very clean and hygienically cleaned. If I could give any advice, I would suggest adding a little more decoration to the walls, for example, and installing a new (small) kitchenette (2 hotplates, refrigerator, microwave, and!! a sink!!).

Verry nice and comfortable accommodation. Location is one of the strengths of it, situated one street away from the beach, Staff was very prompt in answering my questions and to my needs. I would definitely recommend.

Bedroom light is too bright and all others are too dim - switch over the bulbs

Location is close to Lincoln Road one of the attraction center of South beach. It’s also close to the beach. Has everything you need for short staying.

The location and it was updated It was too tight and the stairs were too steep.
