Nice staff very supportive Nothing

The hotel is nice. Feels like a boutique hotel. Not a big property but a nice set up. Location for me was perfect. Not on the strip but not too far from it or anything to be exact. Overall enjoyed my stay. I do feel for the price I payed per night breakfast should have been included but nope they wanted a whopping 35 dollars per person per day. Would stay again but for a slightly cheaper rate.

Location was excellent, close to the beach and restaurants Hotel was average, room was very basic. Hotel reception staff only friendly during check in, during the stay werent very helpful. Very noisy throughout the night, feels liek you can hear everything in the hallway from the room .The air-conditioner didnt work for our second night, on check out the receptionist said he'd refund a night's resort fee however didnt happen due to making the reservation on booking.com

My only complaints were that the bathroom area felt a little dated and the rooms should be stocked with an iron. Other than that, the bed was extremely comfortable, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay without sacrificing comfort

Pestana Beach hotel was a great place to stay. Clean, comfortable rooms, a beautiful pool, and the included beach lounge chairs, towels and umbrella were a huge bonus I really appreciated. Centrally located to South Beach's busier areas, but on a quiet back street which I also appreciated. I'll be back!

The staff was very nice; however, the pool area is small and there's no fitness center on site. My room was very noisy. I was woken up every morning. There's also no elevator. I would not stay here again.

Wir hatten zwei sehr angenehme Aufenthalte im Pestana South Beach. Die Zimmer waren angenehm groß und sauber. Der Pool ist schön und das Personal war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Lage des Hotels in Miami Beach. Auch der hoteleigene Strandabschnitt mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen ist ein großer Pluspunkt und in etwa 10–15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstück war nicht herausragend, aber durchaus gut und völlig ausreichend, um gut in den Tag zu starten. Insgesamt würden wir das Pestana South Beach definitiv weiterempfehlen und würden hier auch wieder übernachten. We had two very pleasant stays at the Pestana South Beach. Our rooms were spacious and clean. The pool is very nice, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location of the hotel in Miami Beach is excellent. Another great advantage is the hotel’s private beach area with sun loungers and umbrellas, which is about a 10–15 minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast was not exceptional, but it was good enough and provided a perfectly adequate start to the day. Overall, we would definitely recommend the Pestana South Beach and would happily stay here again. Etwas mehr Stauraum für Kleidung und eine Möglichkeit, feuchte Strandtücher aufzuhängen, wären wünschenswert gewesen. Leider ist in einer Nacht die Klimaanlage ausgefallen. Das Problem wurde jedoch am nächsten Tag sofort behoben, sodass wir danach keine weiteren Schwierigkeiten hatten. The only thing we missed was a little more storage space for clothes and somewhere to hang wet beach towels. Unfortunately, the air conditioning stopped working for one night. However, the issue was fixed promptly the following day, and we had no further problems afterwards.

Gorgeous Art Deco hotel. Great pool and access to the beach. Good location - I was a single female traveller and it felt safe walking back. Close to lots of places to eat.

My daughter and I stayed one night and we had a wonderful time. The hotel is located walking distance from the beach where Pestana offers free lounge chairs and umbrellas. They also offer an hour for free to bike the area. Our room was quiet and clean, very comfy. The staff was amazing, Marcos at the front desk was accommodating and kind. Would recommend.

The staff was wonderful and location was convenient Buildings were run down, moldy cushions on outdoor furniture and electricity went out for 8 hours last night there. Had to walk to an open store to charge phone
