The room was exceptionally spacious, more like an apartment, with a full kitchen and plenty of space. Although I personally did not need the kitchen, this could be very convenient for guests planning a longer stay. The location is also convenient. The property is clearly quite dated and in serious need of renovation. The room was very large, but the furniture, fixtures and overall condition felt worn. At check-in, I was given key cards that did not work. The staff were unable to fix the issue, so because my room had a second entrance at the other end, I was eventually given physical keys and had to use that door instead. There is no breakfast included or available at the hotel. The most serious issue happened on my last night. At around 11 PM, I was already asleep when I heard someone knocking. I assumed the noise was coming from another room, so I did not respond. A hotel staff member then unlocked my door with his access card and entered my room without receiving any response or permission from me. I recognized him as a member of the hotel staff. When I called out, he immediately apologized and left. I still do not understand why a staff member would enter an occupied guest room at 11 PM. The hotel knew that the room was occupied. Whatever the explanation, having a hotel employee unlock and enter your room late at night while you are sleeping is a serious privacy and security concern and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Finally, when I requested an invoice at check-out, the hotel did not provide one and told me that because the reservation had been made through Booking.com, I should obtain it from Booking.com instead. The size of the room is a definite advantage, but unfortunately it does not compensate for the condition of the property and, most importantly, the late-night unauthorized entry into my room.

Nice spacious room in centre location. The 2 woman that was working behind the counter the day I checked in with terrible customer service did not smile once making it uncomfortable from the moment I walked through the door absolutely awful attitude . I arrived 10.30am after checking out my last hotel 10am, check in was 4pm and I politely asked could I check in early but my request was bluntly rejected and they was zero help. It felt like police interrogation just to check in loads of things to sign, loads of waiting about. I had to wait 4 weeks to get my refund for the €100 deposit. I was only staying for 1 night just no need for all seriousness of checking in. Will never be staying here again due to the awful customer service which needs a lot of work.

I am so in love with Lincoln Arms Suites, now only was it close to EVERYTHING!!! The room was equipped with all that you need!! I am definitely booking that Hotel again.

The property was in an excellent location near Lincoln Road. The apartment was large and catered well for our needs, would be more than happy to book again at a later point in time. Although we did not use, visitors can use the facilities at sister hotels in the close area so great to have as an option. Thank you for our stay.

Very nice place. Older but still nice. If I had to pick something the ac units where a bit loud. Especially since in the bedroom with you. But still very nice place. No pool at this location but shared ones just a block away and nice.
