The hotel was centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach with a 5 minute walk to the beach and shopping areas. The hotel was affordable, clean and the staff was excellent. Breakfast was available and at a reasonable charge. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

All the staff were so friendly, welcoming and informative . We had a blast.

The rooms were very small, and our balcony faced another building instead of offering the scenic view that was advertised. While the front desk staff were friendly, the overall service felt inconsistent throughout our stay. We were also charged a resort fee, but the property didn't offer amenities that justified it. There were very few amenities available, the pool had a noticeable mildew smell, and breakfast was not included. A basic continental breakfast was available for an additional $14 per person. One of our biggest concerns was safety. The door locks and knobs didn't feel secure, which made us uncomfortable during our stay. The room also did not include an iron or ironing board. We had to call the front desk to request them, and it took quite a while before they were delivered. On a positive note, the hotel provided a complimentary beach umbrella and two beach chairs, which we appreciated. The exterior of the building is also very attractive at night. Overall, our experience was just okay. While there were a few positives, the lack of amenities, unexpected fees, maintenance concerns, and misleading expectations mean we will likely choose a different hotel for future visits.

What truly made my experience exceptional was the staff especially Heidi. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. Their kindness, and attention to detail made us feel valued. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay here again!

they should make it clear this is a 3 star hotel and a 4 star hotel. if it was clear from photos and website descriptions it’s 3 star, everything would be up to expectation

Hotel is great and clean. Well placed and quiet considering it near by a busy area. Only think that let’s it down it it’s a little simplistic in its amenities. No bar, coffee shop is just pastry and coffee, no restaurant and pool area is has limited seating but is on the roof and enjoys sun all day. Balcony has no chairs or anything making them almost redundant

For the price you cant beat the room as it was very close to S. Beach and places to eat. Staff was helpful. All were friendly. Breakfast was great but not complimentary. Id stay there again.

Perfect location for events at the convention center. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel is new and charming. The room was a bit small for us, it was spotless and comfortable. Bathroom was clean as well and good size. My kid enjoyed the pool. Overall great stay. I recommend.

The room was excellent except for a light that would not turn off. It was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff downstairs was wonderful. Heidi was excellent.

Very clean and great location for Lincoln Mall Street. Great restaurants all close plus excellent shopping. Beach 2 blocks away. Small room but price was very affordable

The praise I can give is that the hotel was very clean, the staff were very friendly, the roof top was nice, and the location of the hotel is very convenient. Unfortunately, there were things that were not great at all. I was charged additional fees when I arrived and when I asked for a room with a nice view, I was given a view of the very unattractive alley. I booked the room six weeks in advance of my arrival - why couldn't I receive a room with a better view? Why have a balcony if it can't be enjoyed? It was as though I was being punished for booking my room with Hotels.com :( Additionally, the design of the room didn't make any sense. The closet was the size of a kitchen cabinet. It couldn't accommodate long summer dresses. The vanity in the bathroom was minuscule, but a longer vanity could have easily been installed. The folding rack for a suitcase was tiny. It could not hold a full-size piece of luggage. Television cable was not provided, only the limited use of personal steaming services. Lastly, when I did have the television on and I tried to use the coffee maker, it blew a fuse. The room must have been designed by a man. I really was expecting better from a Wyndham brand hotel.
