Dolce by Wyndham Miami Beach

Nice, clean and quiet hotel. Within 10 minute walk of Lincoln Road and Espanola Way. Public parking within a 10 minute walk, on Lincoln Rd. ($20 a day) Nice hotel rooms, AC works very well. Nice toiletries and hair dryer provided.

It was a very good choice to stay at Dolce by Wyndham. Frrom the start of my stay the staff was very inviting and welcoming. I was provided with all of the instructions and amenities offered for my stay. My room was perfectly located with a view of the beach. I enjoyed the continental breakfast in café before out to enjoy the shops and attractions.

My room was not cleaned property! Dirty towels and the water was left from the previous guest have drank and food everywhere. Idk why they wouldn’t change my room had to wait for head of housekeeping! Air was shut off in room as well it was so hot. After that it was a good stay but the beginning was a bit rough.

Great location, friendly staff, the rooms had all the essentials as well. Would stay again:)

Gonzalo was a very helpful staffer. He made sure we got in our room early and he made sure we took advantage of all of the amenities of the hotel and surroundings. I am definitely planning my next stay in Miami at the Dolce Hotel again.

The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. One thoughtful gesture that stood out was when it started raining, they greeted guests with towels as we came inside. It’s the little touches like that that make you feel genuinely cared for. If you’re looking for a comfortable hotel in a great location with excellent customer service, I would definitely recommend staying here before or after your cruise.

Nice place. Centrally located. You get an umbrella and chair on the beach for your room and a pass to a nice local gym. Note there is a $40pp resort fee when you arrive. Still a good value for the area.

Staff were amazing. Very accommodating and went above and beyond. Front desk staff were stellar.

The hotel was centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach with a 5 minute walk to the beach and shopping areas. The hotel was affordable, clean and the staff was excellent. Breakfast was available and at a reasonable charge. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

Excellent location, amazing staff, and a warm welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooftop pool is beautiful and offers stunning views. The breakfast was very good. We had a wonderful stay. The only downside was the noise. We could hear almost everything happening in the other rooms on our floor, which was quite disturbing and made it difficult to relax. Also, the carpets in the hallways did not seem clean enough and could be better maintained.

The rooms were very small, and our balcony faced another building instead of offering the scenic view that was advertised. While the front desk staff were friendly, the overall service felt inconsistent throughout our stay. We were also charged a resort fee, but the property didn't offer amenities that justified it. There were very few amenities available, the pool had a noticeable mildew smell, and breakfast was not included. A basic continental breakfast was available for an additional $14 per person. One of our biggest concerns was safety. The door locks and knobs didn't feel secure, which made us uncomfortable during our stay. The room also did not include an iron or ironing board. We had to call the front desk to request them, and it took quite a while before they were delivered. On a positive note, the hotel provided a complimentary beach umbrella and two beach chairs, which we appreciated. The exterior of the building is also very attractive at night. Overall, our experience was just okay. While there were a few positives, the lack of amenities, unexpected fees, maintenance concerns, and misleading expectations mean we will likely choose a different hotel for future visits.
