Decor Problems with Air Conditioner

1) Location. 2) it has a cafe with breakfast open late that was very nice

Location was excellent a few blocks from the beach and the staff were wonderful. Resort fee for the beach was included. The rooms are tiny, you couldn’t close the toilet door when in the toilet. The walls are paper thin. I could hear the rooms either side and above me constantly. Furniture is tired and there are so many rules inside the room it makes you feel like you’re staying in a dorm.

Very close to the beach and Lincoln Road Mall. Walkable to every highlights in South Beach.

We went for a convention and had a great time. The hotel was close to the convention center and the beach so that was a plus. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The bathrooms were a little tight but that was expected since this is an historical hotel. Overall, we had a good experience. Small Bathroom and shower. The free Wi-Fi was not good at all unless you were in the lobby.

Lovely decor in the common areas, lovely restaurant, nice feel to it, very nice and helpful staff. Location few minutes walk from the beach and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The room itself was downstairs and facing another building or part of the same building so the room lacked natural light.

Near beach. Near convention center. Easy to walk around. The wifi in the room was not good.

Easy to get to using the bus from airport. Close to beach and shops. The bathroom was extremely small. Toilet paper was to be put in waste bin not flushed. The room we had was overlooking the swimming pool pumps. Thank goodness it was raining as noise from the pool area would have been deafening. Very dim lighting in the room. Power points to charge phone etc was hard to access.

Great front desk personnel. Ideal location. Quiet area. The room was very clean. I would definitely return to stay at The Cadet. Bed was not comfortable. The bed constantly made noise during the night. Nothing else.

Great location (walking distance from the beach and all restaurants), clean, and access to umbrella and chairs at the beach Pricy, but it's common for miami

There is a 45 minute time limit per table. This is fine for customers who are not staying at the hotel, but for hotel guests this is not acceptable in my opinion. Restaurant staff was a little rude on this matter.

Relaxing quiet hotel

Nice, clean, small hotel. Walking distance to most South Beach things. We like small hotels. This fits the bill. Small pool with sunshine was great for a short chill out waiting on others. But not a swiping or play for pool kids if people want that. Property is very adult.

The location Room too basic but ok for a couple of days

Location was excellent and close to the Miami convention centre. Bathroom was too small, no proper desk to work and lighting was poor. Lack of power outlets near the bed and around the room.
