I would like to recognize Steven at the Cadet Hotel front desk for his outstanding service. He was welcoming from the start and provided excellent recommendations for local places to visit. His professionalism was truly tested—and proven—when I faced an urgent situation. After leaving the hotel, I realized I had forgotten my passport. I contacted Steven, and he immediately stepped in, efficiently handling the logistics and arranging everything needed to resolve the problem. It is refreshing to encounter a young professional who is so sharp, proactive, and genuinely kind. We are very grateful for his quick response and excellent attitude under pressure. He is a great asset to the hotel's team. Nothing worth mentioning

Very close to the beach, Lincoln road shops and for day trip pick ups it was a 3 minute walk away. Nothing, hotel is amazing!

Awesome location. 24/7 front desk. Clean, cute, and comfortable. Beach towels and reserved umbrella & chairs at the beach was a huge bonus (goes for $50/day otherwise). Expensive breakfast, but that’s how the area is.

The whole property was charming, and the staff was excellent. I loved the location since it was close to the beach and in a quieter part of South Beach. The rooms were old, so charging ports were not very convenient, and the rooms could have been a little cleaner.
