Awesome location My private room was clean and ready by 1.30pm but wasn't allowed in the room until 3pm unless I paid a $10 early fee. No cold water only hot or hotter. Bed was like a rock. Didn't know there was a karaoke that goes until midnight and it was right below my room so no sleep until after midnight

Location is good, staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. Overall happy with the stay! The room was ice cold and it wasn’t possible to change the temperature. Also it’s weird that you can only store your luggage till 17.00

The atmosphere is super tourist-friendly and full of good vibes. Everything is impressively clean, and there’s always someone available to help whenever you need it. A comfortable, well-run spot that makes your stay easy and enjoyable! WiFi is not the best, and personal 5G goes to LTE

Location was great...just 2 blocks from the beach, a 5 minute walk which was very convenient. The room was fair. I asked for the bottom bunk, which im glad i got because climbing to the top might've been difficult for me . The rooms were mopped everyday. The bathroom was cleaned. But the shower floors and tiles were not. Only a cleaner would be thrown on the floor to make it seem cleaned. For days there was hair which was stuck to the tiles which grossed me out. The lack of a fridge or microwave in a common space. The fact that when some repair needed to be done and a man entered to do the work that we weren't notified before the man came in (many girls including myself are not clothed, especially coming out of the shower) so simply knocking doesn't help. The cleaners dont speak english so communication was difficult. Wifi was poor most of the times from our rooms. You would have to go to the common room close to the modem to get a decent connection. So this made it difficult to be connected while in your room. A sign needs to be posted about noise. Some of the girls would be blow drying their hair at 11pm at night when others were sleeping. Very inconsiderate.
