Crest Hotel Suites

Esta ha sido una de las peores experiencias que he tenido con un hotel. Los problemas comenzaron antes de llegar. Por error se realizó un cargo que reclamé inmediatamente. Envié más de 80 correos electrónicos explicando la situación y solicitando ayuda, pero nunca encontré disposición real para resolver el problema. Al llegar, la experiencia empeoró. La habitación estaba en condiciones inaceptables. Las paredes estaban pintadas de morado, mientras que el techo, el piso y la decoración no combinaban entre sí, parecia un motel. Todo lucía viejo, descuidado y sin mantenimiento. La alfombra estaba manchada, sucia y con evidente desgaste. La cama era extremadamente incómoda, prácticamente una tabla. El baño estaba igual de mal. La bañera estaba sucia, deteriorada y daba una sensación de poca higiene. Además, varios accesorios estaban dañados, incluyendo el soporte del papel higiénico. En general, la habitación transmitía abandono y falta de limpieza. Luego de presentar la queja, nos trasladaron a otro hotel de la misma cadena. Allí pudimos estar un poco más tranquilos y terminar la estadía de una manera más aceptable porque no teníamos otra alternativa. Aun así, nunca olvidaré la pésima experiencia inicial.

The location and the staff are very good. The AC is very old, so it was very noisy. I had to open the windows to have some air and fight the hot weather. The towels wasn't that clean.

Staff was amazing and very helpful with anything we needed. She Let us know where cheapest parking was etc,

They gave me main building King bed room, it is old, awful, bed is really worse. Bathroom facilities is broken and air conditioner is leaking on the floor. Staff was reluntant to change room and said need to wait the other day for any available room. We kept asking and finally they change the second building Queen bed room. It is good and new renovated. Just air conditioner is loud,

El Hotel Crest es una opción fantástica si buscas comodidad, buena atención y un precio accesible en Miami Beach. Es un hotel pequeño y sencillo, pero cumple con todo lo necesario para tener una excelente estancia. La habitación, aunque compacta, está perfectamente equipada para descansar bien. Su mayor punto fuerte es la ubicación: está súper cerca de la playa y de las avenidas principales, rodeado de restaurantes, tiendas, farmacias y todo tipo de comercios. Ideal para viajeros jóvenes que quieren disfrutar al máximo de Miami y sus playas. ¡Una experiencia muy agradable!

Kitchen was big vintage look but clean.cutting board and knife was missing. Pool was not clean enough. Room only has 1 air condition at living area and wish fan or small av at bed room be much sleep easier

Great location, kitchenette was well equipped.. complimentary coffee every morning Rooms and hallway very dated. Bathroom had a damaged sink, mould around bath and needed general upgrade and refresh. Carpets were dirty and stained and limited lighting made the room dark. Pool area was basic. 3 sun loungers crammed around the pool - no other seating option.

Great location. Walking distance to beach and shops. Really lovely coffee shop with friendly staff on site. Very dirty. Bathroom had rubbish on floor, mould in shower, toiletries hadn’t been re-filled. 2/3 of the room key cards didn’t work. Stains on carpet in room and hallway. Very small lift, a squeeze to fit 1 suitcase in. Aircon in room didn’t work.
