San Juan Hotel

Cute little hotel right by the beach. Great lobby area with a bar that has great happy hour deals. Pool is welcoming with an adorable little restaurant and sitting area in the shade. Rooms were clean. The only issue we had was you can hear everything. Walls are very thin. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Great proximity to the beach. Beach chairs, towels and umbrella were provided. Cute decor. Pool area was relaxing. Julio at the lobby bar was great! Cute little photo opportunities.

The location was perfect, with everything we needed nearby, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. We especially appreciated how clean and organized the property was. Every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Overall, this hotel provided excellent service, comfort, and value. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful experience. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!

The San Juan hotel did not look like the pictures, it should not be a 4 star hotel. The hallways were narrow with uneven floors and dated carpets. The beds were short and low to the floor. The pool was nice but there wasn't a lot of space so it fills up quick. You also have to walk to the beach, I suggest a hotel with beach front access. The San Juan is suitable for a night, any longer and you should stay elsewhere.

All the guys there were great. Bartenders too were awesome. Rooms could have been lot colder though!! Only real complaint I had! When I come down again next time, I’ll be staying here again!! Especially the big guy guy with beard. He was really good n very helpful!

So close to everything, staff was excellent very helpful due to our flight being delayed. I will definitely stay again, bed was comfortable black out curtains amazing! Our whole experience was the best nothing negative to say

The staff were all so friendly and kind at this hotel. Our beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The cold water, cookies and iced tea available at the hotel became a little something to look forward to when we would return to the hotel sweating from the outside humidity. The hotel is a 3 minute walk to the beach, and it includes towels, 2 chairs and an umbrella. The hotel staff even gave us sand toys to borrow. Hotel location is absolutely perfect with so many restaurants, shops, convenience stores and the beach nearby. Keep in mind this is a boutique hotel, so the hotel itself will be on the smaller side (they're all about the same size in this area).

That was the worst experience. The hotel is very old. Very dirty hairs in the drain toilet was clogged. I called the staff. They still didn’t clean it. Very very bad experience. Very disgusting.

However, the rooms feel outdated and could benefit from an update, particularly when it comes to the number of outlets. Our room, meant for four people, had only one outlet and one USB port, which didn’t work for us. The bathroom lacked ventilation and storage. The sink design limited counter space, the shelves were poorly positioned and installed, and the shower offered very little space for toiletries. There were also not enough places to hang towels or clothing, which is inconvenient for a beach stay. Soundproofing was very poor—we could hear neighbors clearly throughout our stay. The bed was comfortable, though the frame allowed some movement. Amenities like beach service and the pool close early, which may disappoint guests expecting evening use.
