You won’t regret it if you are looking for something near the beach and restaurants around came with a good size cooler and umbrella 10/10

Me and my family arrived Friday night. We went to the room and the bathtub was cracked on the bottom. I request to change your another room. They told me to leave because they did not have any room. So I went to another hotel. I requested a refund for my stay that did not happened and they never answer. Awful customer service.😞

Si necesitan un poco de mantenimiento sobre todo en el piso (duela), pero todo súper bien. La ubicación, la alberca y el restaurante excelente.

I didn't like that there was Noone at the help desk. I didn't like that house keeping didn't service the room daily. And that they didn't provide with extra towels nor wash rags. They didn't have umbrellas to protect you from the sun on the roof top. Also they never have pool towel.

Some air conditioners are needing maintenance. Please check that.

A entrada do hotel é um bar/restaurante, não recomendo se estiver com crianças pequenas, não é ambiente para elas. O tamanho do quarto é bom e as camas confortáveis, mas para aí. Banheiros velhos, troquei de quarto pq o ar condicionado não funcionava, e no outro só funcionou no último dia, com Miami fazendo 28 graus a noite. Aliás, os aparelhos de ar-condicionado estavam imundos, muito mesmo. Serviço de limpeza bem fraco, mesmo após o serviço de quarto, o chão ficou grudando. Largaram um carrinho de limpeza no meio do corredor e cheio de lixo. O que compensou bem foi o estacionamento, fica na 16th, um pouco longe, mas ok, 7min de caminhada, mas recebi um cartão para acesso livre, por USD20/dia.

The overall condition of the hotel is hit or miss aa a lot of the rooms have padlock latches on them as they do not close because the door frames have been broken or kicked in. The hotel could really use some maintenance and attention overall it was a decent day for the price. If you are on a budget place this will get the job done but do not expect much beyond that. The most convenient thing was having the bus and trolley lines nearby and the ocean was only a few minutes walk away across the street. And having beach towels provided.

El aire débil no enfría lo suficiente, un poco incómodo el lobby porque hay un bar. Y no se especifica si se puede usar como parte del hotel. Falta desayuno

The best was the location. Everything was so close. The beach is couple of minutes walk away. The reception was really nice. The hotel had a very lively restaurant. The house keeping was no where to be found. We were a group of four and survived 5 days with one towel each😂😂. However we have no complaint cos we had a lot of fun. We will surely stay here again but bring in more towels of our own.

I had a wonderful stay. The staff was pleasant and welcoming, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The atmosphere was peaceful, which made my visit relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The staff was inefficient when it comes to getting anything done .

there was a weird smell in the restroom like humidity but the rest was ok!

IT WAS CLOSE TO THE BEACH, LINCOLN RD, RESTAURANTS AND THE BUS STOP WAS AT THE ENTRANCE WHICH MADE GETTING AROUND VERY EASY AND AFFORDABLE. I ALSO ENJOYED RIDING ON THE THE FREE TROLLEY. THE DOOR CODE I RECEIVED DID NOT WORK AND THERE WAS NO STAFF AVAILABLE AT THE FRONT DESK TO ASSIST. AFTER A FEW CALLS I WAS GIVEN ACCESS TO THE PHYSICAL KEY WHICH I HAD TO USE DURING MY STAY.

Muy buena ubicación

Upon my arrival, I was told that my AC unit was leaking, once I got into the room the toilet was full of urine and the handle is broken and you could not flush the toilet. There were stains on the so called futon that they provided and the room smell like mold and mildew. The blue bucket is what was in my room to catch the leaking AC unit.
