Couldn’t get clean towels. Room very dark no lights in bedroom area. Terrible staff

I liked that the room was clean and that there were useful amenities, especially a mini fridge and an air conditioner that really did change room conditions to the ideal. The hotel is ideally located to shops and the beach and there are buses that will get you to other places. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the entrance is a bit too public.

Rooftop pool but needs cleaned rubbish bin never emptied in 10 days on rooftop very small

The hotel location is expectacular however I was shocked at the condition of the pool area and the pool itself it was dirty the water looked oily almost like a film was over it 😳 :( I was looking foward to hanging out in the pool but that was not possible

Affordable and good location

They was great allowed me to check in early with my 3 kids.

Great location and restaurant/bar. The rooms are basic, not as clean as I would like.

Stayed 2 days with 3 people listed on the room and only received 1 wash cloth and 3 towels Elevator running loud and bad

The elevator didn’t work, I was super hot in the hallway, the pool was stupid hot and not filled up all the way, they don’t have parking and they only gave us on towel and one rag for 3 people, i asked several times and they never brought them but yet they texted several times the day before check out to ask what time we were leaving.. oh yeah and the floor was about to fall in.. had several weak spots in the room.. I had two rooms that we checked in by 4:00 and after we were in the room for 4 hours one of the staff came to inform me that it wasn’t my room and we needed to pack our things and get out the room even though I showed her my two rooms with the codes to both rooms.. this was the worst experience I’ve had by far.. I want a refund.. oh yeah and they were rude asf!!

Staff allowed early check in but after that you are on your own. No housekeeping. It’s just an ok place not good and not great just ok.

Clean room

A party of 2, we stayed at claremont hotel from May 9-14. One of the very few things that was actually good about this hotel, was its location. Right off of one of the main avenues in south beach miami, less thank 20 minutes from downtown miami, at the most 30 minutes from Little Havana district, Wynwood and Brickell, and literally a block away from the beach, the location couldnt have been more ideal.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Upon arrival, I was assigned Room 310, which had multiple serious issues. The air conditioning was not working, and there was water leaking from the ceiling both inside the room and in the hallway outside. There was no staff available to assist me in person, and I had to contact the hotel through email to report these problems. After I complained, I was moved to Room 210. Unfortunately, this room was not much better. My daughter and I continued to experience a lack of air conditioning for four days despite repeatedly reporting the issue. The only solution provided was a fan, which was not an adequate replacement for a functioning air conditioning system, especially in Miami's heat. As a paying guest, I expected safe, comfortable, and properly maintained accommodations. Instead, I experienced significant inconvenience, discomfort, and frustration throughout my stay. Given the circumstances, I respectfully request compensation, a partial refund, or another appropriate adjustment for the hardships my daughter and I endured during our stay. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding how you intend to address this matter. Thank you for your time and consideration. El hotel está súper bien ubicado, cerca de todo y a 100 m de la playa. Las instalaciones son nuevas, la cama confortable, con heladera, microondas y tostadora, el baño tiene secador de pelo y los elementos necesarios para la higiene personal incluyendo crema corporal. No hubo mantenimiento de limpieza durante los días de estadía y podíamos ver basura acumulada en los pasillos. La pileta está linda poco mantenida, sin sombrillas disponibles todo el tiempo, solo a demanda, lo cual es medio engorroso.
