Claremont Hotel

I’m sorry to have to mention this, but I was very disappointed because I visit Miami every holiday, and this was my first time staying at this hotel. I usually stay at the same hotel every time, but it is currently undergoing renovations. I truly hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve this issue for your future guests. The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach and many restaurants, so with better housekeeping service, the overall guest experience could be much better. Thank you, and I hope to see improvements in the future.

Hotel was really cute and great location to everything even had the bus stop and free trolley pick up in front. The only downside of the property was there was no coffee pot in the room but we had a fridge and microwave.

The location Roomservice… the was never been cleaned during our stay

Bed bugs, constant noise of construction, flooring was falling apart and sinking, odd odor. Just overall terrible

Page was mostly self serve; rooms were clean and no frills; good for budget option; potential concerns for safety as the desk and elevators are not well attended and the keys are in lock boxes

Great location. Fridge and Microwave in room so you have the flexibility of a quick bite ( and your morning coffee) in your room. Add the pool AND the private shower in the pool area to use when you arrive from a red eye flight before check in or post check out relaxing before your night flight. Next Room door slamming when closing. People can be very disrespectful, hence management could install a slower automatic motion for door closing

Great location Room was very small , no kitchen dishes, coffee maker Twin mattress on floor for another roommate. TV not working

We love the apartment. Location is perfect. There is a bus stop in front of the property. The breakfast at “Wilde on the porch” was delicious!! The bedroom floor (and behind the bed) could be a bit cleaner.

Me and my family arrived Friday night. We went to the room and the bathtub was cracked on the bottom. I request to change your another room. They told me to leave because they did not have any room. So I went to another hotel. I requested a refund for my stay that did not happened and they never answer. Awful customer service.😞

Si necesitan un poco de mantenimiento sobre todo en el piso (duela), pero todo súper bien. La ubicación, la alberca y el restaurante excelente.

I didn't like that there was Noone at the help desk. I didn't like that house keeping didn't service the room daily. And that they didn't provide with extra towels nor wash rags. They didn't have umbrellas to protect you from the sun on the roof top. Also they never have pool towel.

The location No one working there or the restaurant knew nothing about the hotel not even those who work there it was always a run around when needed of help
