Location Poor housing keeping

the only comment is about the pool : not really clean with hair balls
-
Good location, great vibe, super friendly and helpful staff You hear quite a bit of noise in the room, music at night, but i expected that given the location and that it is miami

This hotel was very cute, had nice rooms, a great pool, a really nice lobby. We enjoyed our stay. It was really close to shops, restaurants and many other things to do. The only thing that would have improved our stay was a better explanation of how things worked like getting beach chairs and pool chairs, but we only stayed one night so we didn’t have a lot of time to figure everything out.

Friendly staff n convenient place. In a hot weather, it can be a long walk to Havana 1957 restaurant n street by the beach. Beach access is nice but too much seaweed. It was early August.

Exceptional service. Location was perfect, not far from the beach. N/A

Lovely friendly staff and fabulous location

The pool is nice but it gets really warm throughout the day and with day passes there were a couple days we didn’t feel like we got the most “use” out of the resort fee fee we had to pay because most of the good chairs with umbrellas were taken. One of the elevators was out of service so we had a bit of a trek to our room but the rooms were very nice, clean and good amount of space. Really beautiful, well kept gardens/grounds. We would definitely come back!

I stayed in a premium king room with the terrace for my birthday weekend. I enjoyed the experience. Although the shower handle came apart during a shower, maintenance came immediately to replace it. The staff was friendly, helpful and polite. I’d definitely stay again.

The staff (all departments/areas) was GREAT, very kind, and helpful. I had made an error in my reservation via 3rd party site and called the hotel to ask if I can add an extra night. The front desk staff was able to accommodate my request and stated that it would be charged separately, but I would stay in my same room for the 4 days, 3 nights I was there. Thank you!! The beach was very accessible. You literally walk out the back of the hotel and the beach was right there. The pool was great as well. It was clean and access to pool towels was quick and easy. Loved that it opened early at 8am for a quick morning swim. The block/street this hotel is located on had lots of different restaurants to choose from and was about 5 minutes walk from Lincoln Road. Further from the boardwalk but still busy with plenty of options to choose from. A couple of downside to this hotel was, that I missed the hotel a few times because I couldn't see the (white) hotel sign and kept driving past it. Maybe, get a darker, bigger sign and/or put it up a little higher, above the bushes. The hotel restaurant food was good, but I didn't expect to be charged $14 for a small glass of orange juice. All in all, I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location along South Beach. Rooms could do with a little upgrade with some modernization but still very comfortable.

Hotel is due for renevation for sure. Grt rid off that ugly glass sink with stainless steel look. Than... When you charge 50 per night resourt fee at least include a beach umbrella but no another 38 bucks for beach umbrella charged by Beach company. And if stoms comes up you aint getting your money back. So seriously roughly under 100 for resort fees on top of stay and everything else. Hope you dont have a car thats another 55 to park. But if they add beach umbrella as included this will bump them up a bit. Pool has nice size and plenty of seating. Beach is just across back gate mayne 3 minute walk or less. Rooms are small but needs remodel for sure. Its no way 4 star hotel. Food in pool area was fresh and good. Drinks are small and way too expensive for what they are.

Amazing stay

The hotel's location is perfect, for reaching the beach and nearby attractions. Many things in the hotel and rooms need renovation. They charge quite a lot for parking, so it's worth looking for better alternatives.
