Marseilles Beachfront Hotel

O ar condicionado não funcionava. Eles ligaram de uma forma, depois de “arrumado” que vinha um vento absurdo e não te deixava dormir. São desorganizados e o bar da piscina é péssimo. Atendentes femininas pessimass. Mau humor

Rooms needs to be painted Bathrooms are really bad AC are in window units and sounds like really noisy you can’t sleep They show us another room and the ac doesn’t work I didn’t feel comfortable I left back home I need my refund And Expedia charged me twice too

Staff was unhelpful and didn’t speak English, the room AC didn’t work at all and they offered zero help, worst hotel I’ve stayed in!

Awesome hotel, very good location , beachfront, brrakfast was too good, 10 on 10 for everything.

The location is excellent with restaurants on Collins Avenue just out front and Ocean Drive a short walk away. The hotel backyard opens onto the boardwalk and beautiful beach. Lack of a fitness centre.

The hotel was nice and.cool coming in from the heat. The hotel was in a great location and was nice and clean with an amazing smell The fact there was no complimentary breakfast

The location was GREAT We were put into a room with no AC working so they had to switch to a different room. The rooms/hotel wasn't what we were expecting when paying over $1300. It looks like you are able to use the daybeds on the website but you have to pay $200 a day for them so it was false advertisment and one of the reasons we booked there.

Our stay was very pleasant. Better than I expected. Location was great. The room was clean and the staff very nice.

A very enjoyable place to stay, staff was exceptional and the food was excellent. It was plesant stay, maybe the restaurant could have been open longer.
