Hotel was super cute, located close to the beach and a quick drive to Ocean Dr. All staff members were very friendly. No parking on property but there’s a garage close by at a very good price.

Perfect location and a beautiful property! The pool was absolutely gorgeous and one of my favorite parts of my stay. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and made for a relaxing experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay in south beach

Great location, helpful, friendly and informative staff.

Loved everything about this hotel! The room and bathroom were nice and clean. The pool area with the bar and vibe, excellent! We got breakfast included with our stay and even though the Orange Blossom cafe was around the corner from the hotel, it was well worth it because the food was delicious! The beach was a right on the other side of the hotel and the Trolley pickups were at the corner. Will definitely stay at The Plymouth again!

I arrive in morning before check in, alerted the front desk I had arrived and they held my luggage. I was a little irritated with staying in lobby for 5hrs before waiting for room. Although I arrived early I know a room became available sooner. Other than that everything was good and I would stay again. Happy hour was good they have it everyday. Pool was clean although I would like to see pool stay open later.

Built in 1940, it perfectly blends vintage charm with modern style. The staff is incredibly friendly, the sushi restaurant is amazing, and the cocktails are a must. 🍣🍸 Enjoy live jazz on Thursdays and a DJ on Fridays & Saturdays. Plus, you’re just two blocks from Miami Beach and surrounded by great restaurants. Valet is $45/day with unlimited in-and-out access, or park two blocks away for just $2/hour. Definitely one of my favorite places to stay in Miami! ✨

The hotel was great! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice, clean, and well designed. Inside we had a choice of food and drink with Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar, the Orange Blossom, and Seasons Café. Our room was spectacular. The hotel was perfectly located within walking distance to other great restaurants and bars, the beach, the conference center, and was easily accessible to drive wherever we needed to go. We will absolutely stay here again.

Was ok for one night stay.

The rooms are typical of boutique hotels and on the smaller side. However, the rooms are well-maintained, comfortable, and clean. The staff is helpful and accommodating. The gym is tiny, but that's to be expected for a boutique hotel. I didn't use the pool or eat in the restaurant (though the menu looked interesting). The pool happy hour is a nice amenity. I will continue to stay here.

The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. The beach access and chairs that were included were great and not far from the hotel. Easy access to Ocean Drive and restaurants.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an incredible experience with both The Plymouth Hotel and its sister property, Esmé Miami Beach. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Unfortunately, our original room at The Plymouth had an air conditioning issue that was completely outside of the hotel’s control. It was Fourth of July weekend, and the hotel was completely sold out, so moving us to another room on-site wasn’t possible. Rather than leaving us to figure it out ourselves, they went above and beyond by arranging a transfer to their beautiful sister hotel, Esmé Miami Beach. They even paid for our Uber, provided us with a generous $150 credit, and the manager personally checked in with us afterward to make sure everything was perfect. I especially want to recognize Luis, who was outstanding throughout the process. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine desire to help turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a memorable example of world-class hospitality. I’d also like to give a shout-out to one of the newer staff members who was in her first week on the job. You would never have known she was new she was warm, attentive, and eager to help.
