M Hotel

This is unforgettable experience for me staying at M Hotel.

The air conditioner did not work at all. Management did not respond for 24 hours. I could not sleep more than an hour in the heated room. I booked another stay. M hotel wanted to keep $$$ for the 24hrs I stayed there with no AC. The place is filthy. See photos. It's obvious they do not clean anything except the bed sheets and towels. Poor communication. I do not recommend this place. The management continued to send me automated messages long after I left! The locks barely work. The batteries for the locks were exposed inside the room.

This was my second time at this hotel. The room is so clean and spacious. It's literally a studio and bigger than some studio apartments in big cities. The beach is just 5 minutes away. The management is very friendly. The next time I go to Miami I am staying at this hotel again.

Loved how close it is to walk to the Beach. The area itself can seem a little sketchy but as soon as you get to Collins St.Where the Beach is , The area gets nicer and the Neach was Beautiful minus all the Seaweed. Most of FL has the Seaweed right now from a hurricane. The Resturaunts in the area are a lil pricey. Do Not Eat at BurgerFi...Our Plane got in late and it was one of the only places open. Super sketchy...it took so hour to get our food and it's a fast food joint. I can say the Burger was Good Fries were fresh cut but very soggy and undercooked absolutely no Seasoning a lil disappointing...nah to top it off we spend $50.00 on 2 burgers and 2 fries 1 drink ...Beach careful they automatically put Gratuity on Every food bill in Miami even fast food so catch it before you pay!! There is no assistance at M-Motel...The 1 cleaning lady does not speak English at all.I can say it smelled very clean though considering. If you are looking for quiet area this is Not it Very busy traffic Road and Lots of Construction all Early Morning.Lastly the PARKING Situation SUCKS!!! You Pay everywhere to park but M-Motel has zero parking you literally have to park on next block behind hotel and you would think there was a walkway through the back, Nope you got to walk all the way around the block to get back to Motel.

For the price - you can't beat it!

Front desk was not staffed. Communication with hotel staff was done via WhatsApp messages. Check in is done online where an hotel staff provides the codes for entering the main gate, and the rooms. Room did not have any towels, no toilet papers, no cutleries when checked in. Cleaning staff was present on premises and assisted whenever there was any missing items from the room. Room is small, functional for one or two people. Hotel property is surrounded by 3 major building construction that makes the stay very noisy during the day.

Good location. Nice place but there were some bugs in the room and the door was really hard to open and close. Other than that good stay. Good price!

We walked into our room and immediately knew something was wrong. The room was filthy. Within minutes, we found what appeared to be cockroaches crawling around the room. Not just one—several. We stayed less than 60 minutes, and the only reason we stayed that long was because we were trying to give the hotel an opportunity to make things right. Maggie told us she would call us back in five minutes. She never did. After waiting roughly 45 minutes, I called back and told her we were leaving because there was no way we were spending the night in that room. She apologized and told me she would "work something out" regarding a refund. That was the last honest conversation anyone from this hotel had with me. Since then, they have ignored every phone call, every text message, and every attempt by Expedia to contact them. They took our money, made promises they had no intention of keeping, and disappeared. Think about that for a moment. We were over 1,000 miles from home and forced to scramble to find another hotel at the last minute because this place was uninhabitable. We had to pay for another room while trusting the M Hotel would honor their word. They didn't.

A great budget friendly place for travelers. Safe environment and a clean comefortable place.

Excellent location, lovely room with small kitchen area. Very comfortable with new air con system. Supported a slightly earlier check in which was great for us!

Too many codes

TV channels No parking, no front desk person, no counter in bathroom, no dresser, no closet , no chairs. Did not like all the codes needed to get in.

Clean rooms and good staff

It was cute and nice. The room was spacious. It had what we needed. Walking distance to stores, food and the beach. Nice area
