Ceiling fan not working toilet clogged, beds were full size not queen. The beach itself we couldn't enjoy due to seaweeds so mixed in with room conditions I wasn't happy.

Some hotel staff had a terrible attitude and manner of speaking; there was very poor management of the pool area and the beach experience.

Very old property. Pool area needs remodeling, furnishings need replacing… drawers in the room dressers are a hazard if traveling with small children. Check in was 10-15 minutes per room. We were in line for at least 45 minutes on July 4th weekend. 1 of the elevators was down on and off during the trip and even the staff joked about getting stuck between floors.

AC wasn’t working correctly right before bed & I called down several times and no answer. Thankfully I eventually figured it out on my own. Smelly.

No muy limpio el hotel, el desayuno demasiado básico, el complemento del desayuno es de pago adicional. Muy viejas las instalaciones y falta de mantenimiento

The hotel elevators for part of the stay only one was working and took forever to go up and down. The room was not ready for check in at 4:00 pm, also the room that I reserved (a two double bed ocean front) wasn't available instead we got a king and the house keeping took forever to bring a roller bed that was very disappointing.

Management needs to address the issues and should invest some money to update the property and free breakfast offering...salami and cheese...really!!

I booked for the wrong date, my mistake. I called the hotel immediately no response. I called the hotel for days before someone finally answered the phone. I was told a manager would call me back haven't received a call back. When I call no one answers.

I stayed here for the thievery corporation concert given that it was close to the Bandshell. This hotel was a complete disgrace and a total scam. I slept in stained sheets, showered in a dirty shower and had a severe headache overnight given the outdated rooms (not shown in the photos… scam!) I didn’t want to stay here as as soon as I walked into the lobby. Only did because a supervisor wasn’t available. And management wouldn’t refund me for my short stay. Barely any supervisor is around to help. Big mistake! Stay in South Beach.

Roaches in bed There’s a side that’s outdated and a side with deluxe rooms. Staff was rude except for Jenn and Antoine (for the most part)
