We come to Miami a couple times a year and we try to stay here it's a nice hotel

Ocean view room Breakfast choices was a disappointment. And no parking for guests and had to purchases parking at a different hotel location of resort.

No clean, have a horrible experience at breakfast.

The breakfast was ok, the lady at the front desk was rude The room was clean but smell like moldy

Really large pool, the food from t he bar was great The location was a little on the edge. Not in a bad neighborhood but not the greatest

The staff is not helpful

There was not hot water u til the night we left super late. So we didn’t get to shower after revealing all day. You said you would refund me $68 but still didn’t get this. Not having hot water but paying for it. And lots of repairs needed through out the hotel.

Great beach front location and beautiful pool! We loved the proximity of everything.

Very old hotel, has a musty smell in all rooms, old rooms, only bathrooms are renovated, old carpet and even the doors are old

I was disappointed at arrival when I saw a sign about the pool being closed until further notice when I had called several times before booking to make sure no such thing would happen. Staff werent as friendly or helpful as Id expect and was never given a date of when the pool would be open or my family and I would've booked elsewhere for less than the price. I was looking forward to the amenities and wasnt given updated information and didnt like the overall grim and dirt of the place. I dont expect top notch service but the bare minimum and communication should be there. I requested a refund of some sort for the inconvenience of the pool being shut down but no followup or communication either. A free drink or meal voucher could've went a long way instead of annoyance and rudeness from the staff. Save your money and annoyance and book elsewhere.

The location is 5/5. Amenities were also great. Pool was nice and access to the beach and boardwalk was perfect. The room was also nice and had a great view, and AC worked well although you need to turn it on in advance as it takes awhile. If it wasn’t for those my rating would have been much lower. Breakfast was not terrible but just mediocre. Paying extra for eggs or any sort of protein was silly, and all that was included was oatmeal, cereal, toast, etc. some eggs or a pancake machine would have been nice. Things are also all falling apart. The one elevator was not working making it take sometimes 5 minutes to get into the other one. The hot water did not work at all the first day and then only sort of worked for the rest of the stay. The hotel also was many spots showing water damage and had a mildewy moldy smell throughout everywhere. Gym was also amazing for the amount of equipment but it was too hot down there to do a kong workout.

Buena limpieza,l piscina limpia, la playa al fente necesita un restaurante para l noche en el dia si ofertan alimentos y están bien elaborados el desayuno esta incluido muy bueno y el personal muy amable regresaría. Gracias

El elevador estaba roto y tuve que esperar porque mi habitación era en 7 mi piso cuando fui a bañarme habían ido a buscar una pieza q se rompió no había agua caliente en la ducha, no hay obvio es para la comida solo comida rápida
