The outdoor pool needs a security guard, Also more work on cleaning the rooms , I had allergies in room because of the humidity and matters is very old

Very good location and facilities Breakfast options weren’t enough

Booked a city view but got stuck in a middle floor, we were on floor 1.5 (not kidding), worker didn’t even know that existed and we had to go back downstairs. Our city view was actually just the side of the own building.. room had a stuffy, possibly moldy smell. They were charging to store our vehicles and when we got there, they didn’t even have any available due to trying to profit off of the World Cup. Beach access was the highlight of this stay but their pool area looks a bit run down as well.. overall,poor-ish experience and the hotel needs a lot of updating.

Overall, the hotel was beautiful. The people are nice but I’m having a hard time getting back my $150 deposit it’s been going on almost 3 weeks and they tell you you get it back within 2 to 5 business days and I’m going on 21 days.

My only issue this trip was with the AC. We asked someone to come check it because the room kept getting hotter, even though we had the AC set as low as it could go. The room stayed around 78 degrees. Someone came up to take a look and told us he would be back, but unfortunately, he never returned. Other than that, we had a great stay! It’s a beautiful hotel, and I would definitely recommend booking here. We’ll most likely be back again next year! 😊

Where do I begin..Roaches crawling over my toothbrush and makeup purse as I go to the bathroom at 2am… toilet is clogged 1 day after checking in , after 7pm no one can help you and the desk is empty a lot so its hard to get help and when they are present theres a line..no AC in lobby my kids were sweating as we waited for room…housekeeping is aggressive and will just walk in room despite do no disturb sign being on. I will never stay here again the only upside is the direct beach access

The pool was down which was my main reason and no one has accommodated us or even responded to the email

Next to the beach and places where you can go out at anytime and eat. Right next to a Walgreens to get necessities like water/ snacks if wanted Pool closes to early

By the water, we got checked in earlier when they had available room open The breakfast, they didn’t serve eggs, bacon or sausage, there was no breakfast bread such as muffins or bagels. There was 2 kind of bread just a white and wheat bread and they were stale. We just need some place to stay for few hours before our flight, the elevator didn’t work properly, when we got to our room, the occupants next door was talking to someone very loudly even with our door shut, we can still hear it, I bet this all heard accross the hallway, causing inconvenience because we just need to rest. We were just planning to stay for few hours, as we left, we were in a hurry because our flight got canceled, we had to transfer our flight from Fort Lauderdale Airport to Palm Beach, my daughter saw my white sandals on the floor, she thought I was going to wore my white MK sandals I just bought for our cruise, I’m already on my sneakers so I accidentally left it on the floor in such rush and leave it behind, I called the front desk right past midnight the same day we left, called the hotel explained what happene to the front desk attendant Antonio he said I’ll get a call that day as soon as the housekeepers clean the room, I offered I’m willing to pay for shipping just send it out back to me, but end up not receiving any phone call, I called again the next day talk to the front desk personnel said the same thing, again didn’t get a phone call. This happened Friday, it’s already Wednesday I don’t think l’ll get my sandals back. Sadly some people will risk the consequences of losing a job or getting a bad reviews just for a pair of sandals instead of working honestly. It will really make a difference having a good work ethics. In all honesty, it’s easy to find out and who to ask who cleaned our room and asked them directly just finding out what happened to my sandals but I guess some people doesn’t care enough about their job or some got no sense of responsibility and accountability when it comes to incidents like this.

Great location for the price

$150 deposit should be advertised clearly up front. Place was clean, but the rooms are super old, mainly maintained by new paint and nothing other than that. The included breakfast isn’t worth getting up for at all, rather sleep in 😉

Beach access & pool was nice. Staff were not as helpful or efficient as expected. No parking didnt help

The room was neat, comfortable, and well-kept. Also, the hotel pool was very nice. 1. Unacceptable breakfast: Poor management, as no staff members were monitoring the buffet to refill food when items ran out. 2. Major security concern & terrible customer service: In the morning, we realized that our room door had remained open all night while we were sleeping, because the automatic closing mechanism was defective. Furthermore, the toilet flush was not working. When we reported this to the front desk and subsequently to the manager, instead of taking responsibility for a serious safety hazard, they blamed us and refused any compensation—despite us having video proof of both issues.
