Park Royal is a small, old, very average (meh) place to stay that is VERY overpriced for what you get once you add in all the extra fees. They advertise a price that seems fair and then jack it up with outrageous parking an amenities fees. It is hilarious and embarrassing for them that they charge you a "resort fee" just because they have a tiny, dumpy, unattractive pool. The $35 per day parking is narrow, cramped, on the street parking. Very high fee per day to have your car sitting in full sun on a busy street with drunks and crack addicts walking around it. The desk is fairly clueless as to what they are doing. Unorganized and unprofessional. The check in/out experience feels more like a parking lot Craig's List purchase than a hotel.

Amenities were decent . They had an outdoor swimming pool . Slightly smaller .. there were 2-3 families swimming and it was almost full :) washer dryer worked but it was good .. elevator was small and sometimes slow . We didn’t find a gym. No complimentary breakfast.. parking was a bit wierd and cramped ! They charged per night which was slightly expensive . The rooms were awesome ! It was good sized for the price . Also had a kitchen.. though we didn’t use the kitchen , it is very good to have , just incase . Bed was comfortable .. bathrooms were neat . Price wise I think this room was very good and value for money . Wanted to give 3 , but just for the room and pricing , I’m giving it a 4 . Good experience overall .

The staff was not very welcoming or helpful, and it often felt like they were not making any effort to provide a good experience for guests. Overall, it felt more like a hostel or a simple guesthouse than an actual hotel with proper hospitality and service.

it has kitchen, refrigerator, and a separate bedroom for having wild sex privacy. it is close to the beach. and it allows us to eat in because it has a refrigerator and a microwave, we save a little bit by not eating out in restaurants. by having a refrigerator with a freezer, it allows us to not have to drag an ice chess to the beach. everything was perfect except for parking situation which i will discuss below. parking price was too expensive. we park across the street for public parking. issue with parking across the street: it only allows you to pay 4 hours at a time, and it only opens from 9 am to 11 pm. I over slept which cost me 36$ in fine. if they charge 20$/day, that would have been perfect.

A/C is amazing!

The pool was really warm. Parking was easy. The price was good for Miami. The location was pretty good.It was easy to drive in and out of South Beach and north. Beds were comfy. We had two queen beds and a small dining table, so there was plenty of room for luggage and good hanging space though you might need to bring some hangers. Bathroom and shower area were big. Good sized refrigerator. Cupboards were a bit high for the average size person. The quality of the workmanship in the tiling and the joinery, what's not very good. Cupboards were too high.

Hidden fees, resort daily fee, daily parking fees. security down payment cannot be prepaid. keep all that in mind when booking.

Excellent location, just a 5-minute walk to the beach. Walgreens and Publix are nearby, and the trolley stop is right around the corner, making it easy to get to the center of Miami Beach. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large living room, cozy terrace with a partial ocean-view, walk-in shower, well-equipped kitchen and a large refrigerator. The hotel also provides beach towels and has a small swimming pool. A very convenient and comfortable place to stay, especially for families, both for longer stay or a just 1-2 nights before the cruise Everything was super!
