Excellent will be my Hotel next time again in Miami Beach
-
I loved the clean rooms, air conditioning and the whole staff was nice except one had an attitude. Overall nice stay wish they didn’t charge for parking and proper bathrooms floors to prevent water all over the place.

Le location près de la plage formidable

They are not friendly

I should have stayed longer. Really convenient for beach , restaurants and shopping . No car needed.

Property was a perfect location less than 2 min from the beach and there plenty of stores and restaurants in the area

Stayed here for a week because I wanted to be on the beach. North beach is quiet and feels safe for a woman alone even at night. There’s a little too high police presence for my liking, but that has nothing to do with the hotel. There’s a fridge in the room, but the microwave is in the lobby building. It’s not terrible, but it’s also not super convenient. The property is cute, lots of foliage, a pool than closes at 10pm, a little convenience store in the lobby, a nice deck area. It’s gated so the cars feel safe and the rooms feel safe. You only get 2 towels of each size (maybe it’s one per person?) and they come in and replace them daily. The front desk says you can ask for more for the pool, but we never did. I would stay here again.

La piscina no abre de noche, eso está mal

The lobby was cute and well adorned. We were greeted by a very friendly gentleman and were excited for our stay. The room itself felt old and like a motel. Lots of mold, and the room smelled funky. Upon checking out, the employees were not very friendly.

Tendrían que tener mas control con las reglas del pool,no se cumplen y nadie controla. También me parece excesivo cobrar $25 por dia de parking.

Around 11:00 p.m., a couple on our floor began screaming at each other and repeatedly slamming their door so hard that it literally shook the surrounding rooms. This wasn’t a one-time incident—it continued for about an hour and a half. Multiple guests on our floor, including myself, called to complain because it was impossible to ignore. The staff said they would come check on the situation, but nothing changed. The couple continued yelling and slamming the door over and over again, and they were allowed to remain there despite the repeated complaints. It was incredibly disruptive, disrespectful to everyone trying to sleep, and disappointing that the situation wasn’t handled more appropriately. Aside from that experience, the hotel itself was clean and pleasant, but the lack of action regarding such a serious noise disturbance really affected our stay.

The hotel was close to the Brightline Station which was very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. We didn't get to use the pool since our weekend schedule was jam-packed. But we will be back soon!

I was not a fan of the location, didn’t realize Miami Beach is so big and would take almost 2 hours to walk down to the end. I didn’t have a balcony like it says I should have which was HIGHLY irritating… the room smelled so awful. Like maybe someone has smoked meth in there or something… I don’t even know but that’s what I imagine it would smell like. I was just irritated overall with being told I would have a balcony and not having one.

Good hotel overall, but very thin walls. The neighbours had their TV on quite loudly at 1.00 am, and we could hear every word. However, we let the front desk know and they came by to talk to the unit and resolved the issue.
