I upgraded to ocean view since jet tub room was disgusting the jet tub was in really bad condition They upgraded my room for $360 but after check out was $600 😤 seriously for a bed full of ants and room floor with sand . Btw we reported the ants since day one and nothing was resolved

The AC was not working and cockroaches were in the room

Perfect little hotel for our needs. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Being able to use the private beach was a definite plus, but there is a resort fee assessed at the property.

Honestly for the price, is a great place

The pool attendant ignore request not helpful. The beach attendant was rude . Rooms so small and out dated

Cute warm and cozy very well. Kept Hotel with great personality. Has a nice restaurant in the back by the pool with good food and amazing drinks. I stayed there for leisure and I love how cute and small it was. It was a pleasant day.

Everything was so fabulous at the hotel, we really loved our stay especially how close to the ocean it was. It’s basically connected, pool to ocean. The ease of this experience was such a big deal for me especially due to the high heat. The pool could’ve been cleaner, it was murky. There was an incredibly kind gentleman at their buffet breakfast with such a great attitude, very warm and incredibly helpful. The food at the Buffet was not good IMO, and overly priced for $32 pp. The location was gorgeous, not much walking distance but a short drive to many restaurants. There are a handful of restaurants across the street though. Our stay was so relaxing and beautiful. Another thing I disliked was that you have to give the pool person a pool card, and retrieve it upon returning your dirt/wet towel. However, this wasn’t explained and they tried charging me for not getting a pool card back which to me seems silly. Also, they were out of pool towels one afternoon. We would stay here again without hesitation. Oh and AC in rooms was exceptional.

Given the high occupancy and increased number of guests, this caused long waits and considerable inconvenience. While mechanical problems can happen, it was disappointing that such an essential service was not repaired at any point during our stay. That said, aside from the elevator issue, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very nice, cozy, and welcoming. The staff provided excellent service, and everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The location was also excellent and made it easy to explore the area. If the elevator issue had been resolved, our experience would have been outstanding.

Extremly accomodating staff at the front desk. Great beach and pool.

Great location and close to the beach. Easy parking and plenty of access to Miami’s hotspots and restaurants.
