Oceanside Hotel and Suites

Me parece que la atención debe ser un porcentaje más alto porque entran los huéspedes y ni los miran están ocupados pero deben estar atentos quien entra y al menos saludar y decir que esperen un momento y ya atienden pero ignoran a la personas hasta que se desocupan .

It was over all okay pool was small the toilet had a smell from the pipes … and cleaning service did not clean room one time entire stay and we had sand all over the place … and there five days ! No good tv and I was not allowed to sit in the tavern unless I pitched something and one of the employees would not give me hot water in a plastic cup but then the front gave me a kettle . Free breakfast was excellent and you were treated five stars …. And staff was helpful and kind. They gave compliments free drinks in happy hour three but only vodka but that was nice but I don’t drink … for me it was the smell at times but it stayed usually in the toilet area … I would stay again and for the price may have been low for the area

Breakfast was not included, we had to deposit $100, and $36 per day cleaning fee, none of this was said on the contract so when we got there we were so confused, entrance to hotel is literally going through the restaurant so it’s embarrassing!!!

The staff was great, and the bartender was excellent. The hotel bar was enjoyable, and the restaurant food was very good. Breakfast was included, which was a nice perk. Negatives: The room had serious issues, including flooding from the AC unit and a non-functioning mini fridge that caused our food to spoil. The building also had a noticeable moldy, musty smell, likely due to its age and condition. There were also unexpected costs. Parking was $35 per day, and despite booking through Expedia, I was charged an additional $145 fee at check-in, which the hotel said was separate. Breakfast also required daily trips to the front desk to collect individual vouchers for each guest, which was inconvenient. Additionally, room service was extremely intrusive. When they come to the door, you have only a few seconds to respond before they begin knocking continuously and then enter the room. They do not wait long at all, and will come in immediately after knocking—even if you are in the shower or otherwise not ready to answer the door. Overall: While the staff and food were great, the poor room conditions, intrusive room service behavior, and unexpected fees made this a very disappointing stay. I would not stay here again.

The staff was amazing but the rooms need some TLC. Our first room didn’t have hot water in the shower so we had to get moved. I felt safe in the rooms though. Lots of people smoking cigarettes and weed around the property but other than the smell being annoying when we walked outside, it wasn’t felt in the rooms though. The rooms could use some maintenance and better cleaning but they were very well equipped. Location was great and taking the free trolley was easy and very useful. The beach by the hotel is super clean and was practically empty on a Monday morning which was great. I can’t really complain about our stay. We left the day before because we really wanted to make it down to my mom’s house early. Oh and the staff, super nice and helpful. Very sweet girls that made us feel comfortable and gave my dog lots of love and attention.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel, is pretty close to the beach and the amenities are great

The room was big and spacious and we enjoyed the amenities and pool. Breakfast was delicious. We were only 15 minutes from south beach. All the staff were very helpful, polite and so friendly through out our stay. Thank you to all the staff at Oceanside hotel.

Staff is a total waste of time

From the moment we arrived, our experience was absolutely flawless. We were looking for a relaxing escape that still allowed us to explore the area with ease, and this property delivered on every front. The location could not have been better. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

This hotel was a total disappointment. I was traveling from out of town and I had to pay $30 a day for parking. Because I didn’t want to pay that, I had to park on the street for meter parking making me need to get up early to pay the meter every day. Which by the way was very limited on that little strip that the hotel is on. The key card for the door had to be re-programmed 4 times because if you have the key next to your cell phone it would not work to open the door and if you’re coming in late at night, it doesn’t feel safe having to go to the front to have the card reprogrammed every night. The smell of urine was absolutely ridiculous. The hotel room was pretty basic. Nothing to rave on about, it was more like a Airbnb, but it wasn’t the greatest. The place smelt like mildew and given that it’s near the beach I would expect a hint of that, but it was unbearable. All in all I would give this place a 3 out of 10. I highly recommend that you find a different place with better amenities. Don’t waste your money.👎👎

I had an excellent stay at Oceanside Hotel + Suites. The hotel is in a great location, the rooms were clean, and everything was comfortable throughout my visit. I would especially like to thank Isabela at the front desk for her kindness and professionalism. She went above and beyond to make sure my stay was safe, smooth, and as perfect as possible. Her warm attitude and attention to detail made a real difference. I truly appreciate her outstanding service and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended

Nice stay. Resort fee you have to pay on arrival is unnecessary tho as there are not many resort amenities.
