6080 Design Hotel by Eskape Collection

I enjoyed my stay the staff was nice and the location was in a convenient area. I booked the 2 bed/ 2 bath and it was very spacious it reminded me of my apartment. It wasn’t as clean as I would have liked it. The floors looked like they needed mopping and counters needed to be wiped down. The pool was pretty small too.

It's a great hotel in an excellent location, with the beach less than a 10-minute walk away.

Our stay was great! It was spotless, and the staff was amazing!! Would definitely stay here again. That it’s a bit far from all the places we wanted to go to further near South Beach. We didn’t realize how much traffic there’d be. Also our room smelled a little weird.

We didn’t like anything about this hotel. This hotel is small and the parking is horrible. They don’t offer free parking either. There wasn’t any breakfast and the smell is strong and horrible. Also I had been bitten from bedbugs

I WILL NEVER SPEND MONEY HERE AGAIN! I woke up in the middle of the night, itching and scratching. I noticed red bumps all over my body. I slept on the couch until about 10am when I gave notice to the property that there was something in the room, on the bed or the sheets, I believed it to be bed bugs . At first, I was not upset because I came to Miami for the World Cup and I understand that a lot of people are traveling so it could just be an isolated incident. The front desk staff took pictures of the bites all over my torso and my calves. I took picture of the bites all over my thighs and sent it to the reservations email as instructed. The front desk concierge Eleanor was actually very nice, she told me they would get me another room, she asked if I was ok and was actually concerned for my wellbeing. Because of her response I remained patient and believed that they would actually help me, she took my phone number and said they would give me a call when a new room is available. however, I was not given a different room, I was never contacted, I was not offered anything for what I had to go through. I asked the front desk three separate times if anything will be done, they kept telling me they're working on it. t wasn't until midnight that I finally made arrangements for a new place that the night concierge said they had a room available. by then I found somewhere else, and then he told me they won't give me any discounts or refunds. Horrible response to bed bugs issue.

Nice facilities, super modern rooms Cleaning service, some days the don’t clean, they just change towels, we had to tell front desk in order to help us telling the cleaning staff to do their work

The staff were very rude and dismissive. Didn’t follow up after there were issues with the reservation! They also didn’t have everything as pictured on the site. Won’t be returning

Clean room and good location!

Not sure we stayed in the correct room but it was still lovely. The pool was like getting into a bath. The beach was close and beach chairs and brolly were provided. A lovely touch. Nice restaurants within walking distance and a free trolly bus was near by Beach. Full of seaweed No usb points Quite a noisy road and lots of building work going on around the hotel

The pool was very nice, the room I had was excellent very lovely views That $200 “incidental” hold & the Wi-Fi was not good

I like the room size. The kitchen came in handy so that was good. I also like the balcony in the room as well.

updated room, very clean, great staff. valet service was not a great value. In fact I find it to be a total nuisance.
