Hotel was just alright. I stayed at better stayed at worse. It was a last min budget trip so wasn't expecting the best but there was a few hiccups and some things to point out. Resort is small close to the beach which is nice and easy for getting around with kids. It's far down the north end so not quite in the tourist area so lots of Ubers back and forth. The pools were ok, very salty and some says some what cloudy but it was super hot so I guess that's why. You can definitely see wear and tear on the hotel chips and cracks and stains etc. we didn't get towel cards we were completely un aware of them until we tried to get towels one day. Food and drinks were expensive on site the service was also pretty slow and some times the food was actually cold and not really warm definitely not what I was expecting. I was charged for valet upon checking out even tho I never had a car. Our room had no conditioner and the ac didn't work it was like it kept turning itself back up to 75 despite me turning it to 68 trying to cool our room down, extremely annoying in 40 degrees heat. The walls are also thin we had a family next to us and could constantly here the door opening and closing. The hotel around was generally clean. The outside front staff were generally the nicest they were always smiling and opening the door for you etc. for the amount I paid I did expect probably a little more. All in all we had a good vaycation but I don't think I would personally return to this property.

While the room did offer a beautiful ocean view to the left, a few structural and operational issues affected our stay. The balcony design offers very little privacy and allows easy access to neighboring rooms, which felt like a safety concern. Additionally, loud construction noise ands the visual eye sore from the building next door was awful on Friday and Monday. We were also disappointed when brief, early-morning rain caused management to lock up the beach amenities for the rest of the day, denying us access to the beach loungers which was one of the selling points from the beginning. Though most of the staff was pleasant, the property's maintenance and rigid policies fell short of the quality standards I expected for our special milestone.

We got the beach front view but it wasn’t a good view. There was a roof blocking the whole view. And I got a handicapped room.

Great stay

I liked that the room service was provided when I left the room and didn't have to ask for it. The food was the best I've had during my vacation with my wife and kid.

Our five year wedding anniversary was wonderful. Although things got off to a little rocky start, the staff, especially the facilities operation guy made our trip so much better. He treated us with so much respect and made up for any issues we had. This place made our trip all worth the while. From the great food at the restaurant within the building, to the private cabanas and two separate pools! They also made sure they gave us some pointers on place to go and see!!!! They were all great!! This was truly one to remember!!!!

black mold and odor in the room. Room was still dirty with someones belongs in the closet. Its only a balcony you can walk out its too small for any furniture. Call and went to front desk twice to speak with management and kept getting the run around. A waste of $700.

Pillows all stained up and shower full of soap scum, and that’s just what I could see if you know what I mean. I had to clean everything and door dash an inflatable mattress and pillows to ever get through my stay. What exactly is four star about this hotel?

My three days stay was amazing. My room was extremely clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable! The staff was so helpful including the restaurant staff was so kind and attentive. I have no complaints about my stay at Hilton Cabana Hotel

Amazing. Clean. The private beach is amazing

Everything was really good. But the bathroom was so bad. I mean the staff didn’t call a housekeeper for cleaning the water spill. It’s very hard to take a shower inside the shower area.

From the moment we arrived, one of the elevators was out of service. With only one working elevator in the building, there have been multiple times when we’ve had to take the stairs simply because of the wait. Then, around 6:00 a.m. this morning, my children and I were woken up by an extremely loud and unusual banging noise. It was so intense that items in our room were actually shaking. I recorded the noise because I wanted to be able to share exactly what we were experiencing with the staff downstairs. I first tried calling from our room and was greeted by an automated message instructing me to hold for security. No one ever answered, and no one called back. Eventually, I went downstairs myself and spoke with a woman at the front desk. She apologized and said she would contact security. I asked if I should wait, and she told me there was no need. I went back upstairs, but the banging continued. So, once again, I went downstairs. When I told the same employee that the noise had not stopped, her response was, “Oh, it’s still happening?” What was most frustrating was the complete lack of follow-up. No one called our room. No one checked to see whether the noise had stopped. No one reassured us that someone was actually investigating the issue. I eventually asked to speak with a hotel manager and was told I would have to wait until 3:00 p.m. When I finally spoke with him, he
