Staff was friendly. Lobby was clean and updated Rooms were very small and dirty.

We had a wonderful stay. Very clean King room with a comfy bed. No microwave in the room or on the floor. This is a large facility, and there is (1) microwave near the front desk.

Our second time at this fabulous property. Staff, room and amenities were great and the food in the restaurant was outstanding!

The manager was amazing and the staff really friendly. The food was delicous and the room was quiet

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and comfortable and I loved having access to the private beach. The beach was definitely one of my favorite parts of the property. The staff was nice and I felt comfortable staying here as a solo traveler. This was my first solo trip and the hotel helped make it a great experience. I would stay here again.

Hotel itself was great but very expensive and you had to pay for parking on top over everything else , and was so far from anything to do .

Pool and beach access

The hotel was very nice and the staff were great too. The hotel is on Miami beach and there was not a lot to do. South beach would have been a better spot to stay and not have to spend a lot of taxi's

.

That said, the staff was accommodating, the beach was wonderful and the coffee was phenomenal!

Good service and hotel well maintenance

Everything perfect except the construction of the balconies next-door. That made it very noisy during the day while relaxing at the pool however, I know that is not in your control. Everything else was lovely.

Staff a little bit casual with their service

Didn’t I care for this property? The room was unclean had holy and stained bath towels, dirty bathroom floor with hair on the floor in the shower and on the sink, (that was not mine ) stain dirty carpet. No microwave room. The telephone didn’t work. The TV did not work. Called maintenance. He had to remove it three times off the wall. Got it to work for two hours, but once we turned it off, it would not work again. Our stay was for three days we left after the first night. Also, the bathroom door was a pocket door and the latch did not work or the handle.
