Beach view was great , room very clean and specious just wish the umbrella was included with hotel stay

From the moment we arrived, it was just simply unpleasant. The valet treated me like I was his "bro". Also the driveway out front was horrid. There's hardly any room to get our bags out of the vehicle because of how crammed and how small the area is. When we entered, there was no one at the front desk. We waited for check in assistance and the staff almost seemed confused on how to check us in. We got in the elevator and there were fingerprints all over the place and spilled juice. The decor of the hotel is outdated and certainly not aligned with any of the photos displayed on Expedia. Our room was supposed to be a beautiful ocean view. I was informed it was not and I payed another extra hundred to get the view. When we entered the room it was too tiny and it looked run through. The view looked at the ocean with an ugly view of another roof. There's no privacy on the balcony form the rooms next to ours either. We got down to the pool area. The pools are so small and little children overtook the pool decks. There's hardly any seating or shade. Cabanas were horrendously over priced. Towels they only give you one per person. Each guest gets a towel card to redeem a towel.. This is so outdated and inconvenient. My wife was very upset with the hotel selection. Dont get me started on the beach. It was filthy. We ended up leaving the day we checked in and got another hotel down the road. Almost the same price and luxurious. I lost about 600 bucks on that hotel but didn't look back.

The staff is very helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Beach is great. Drinks were a little pricey. Overall great stay and experience

Please call to see if neighboring construction is going on. With that the beach and pool are not relaxing at all. BUT 5 stars for Our room. View was amazing. We got the beach view suit. Great space for our family of 4 and 2 teenage girls. If there was no construction this would of been the BEST location

The balcony’s have no privacy, if your neighbor is on the patio, you might as well become friends or go back inside. Staff was wonderful.

The staff was excellent and very helpful with all my questions
-
major construction going on next door, meant that pool time was pretty terrible. beach was totally covered in smelling seaweed, so not great either. no attempt to clean it or clear it is made. so pool = bad, beach = bad. prices in hotel are a little higher than most places, so it's expensive too.

Also, the hotel next to us was under complete construction, so we listened to jack hammers the entire 3 days we were there. Not very relaxing!! Would not stay here again!

The manager, cathy was a horrible person rude, hateful, dishonest, just all around terrible person from my experience with her and the little Asian girl that works with her was just as rude. Stephen was great at the front desk very helpful very honest the valet parking manager and system manager is very rude Money Hungry and lies about services the pool staff and the Restaurant very helpful nice great experience with the pool staff from towels to food services. I will give it 5 stars. All the sheets and pillowcases were stained and dirty floor was dirty. Furniture has scuff marks, and we aren’t tear on everything if they change management and get rid of cathy. And put Stephen in charge. The hotel would be run 100% better in my opinion and get rid the little Asian girl at the front desk fire the two managers in valet and the hotel would have four stars across the board.
