Ocean Beach Hotel

WE arrived at the hotel and they could not find our BOOKING .com cancellation. we had to find another hotel to house us and pay another night. the hotel front lobbby staff denied our room. and we couldnt cancel on booking.com because the website wasnt working off our movile

I am requesting a total refund

The hotel's not even named Ocean Beach hotel. They only put that on here to make it look more fancier!!! We ordered a Suite that was supposed to have a separate bedroom with a living area and a kitchen it did not. It didn't have hair dryers like it's supposed to. We didn't receive clean towels One of the beds didn't even have a fitted sheet on it. It just had a flat sheet over a flat sheet. The pillows were so flat that I ended up having to go buy some. Parking was supposed to be $40. They charged us between $75 and $100. They charged a deposit which did not receive back for one of the rooms that my kids never stayed in. The hotel is more like a hotel room. You pay by the hour by hookers not by the night for family and friends on vacation.

Nothing Filthy , no name hotel , staff is horrible

Nothing. The hotel is very dirty, the rooms, showers and doors are filthy. I got sick because the air conditioning is central. You will not want to touch anything. Definitely sleep on the street and do not go here. By the way, be careful, they market the hotel under different names: Geneva and Parisian.

Covent to beach n shopping centers n food Channels and shower water pressure brighter light needed in room and a way to adjust the temperature in rooms

Staff is very kind and ready to help. All of people at front desk are kind and ready to try to solve any issue. Great people The room smells too much to smoke of dru. I rent with private bathroom but doesnt was available so I had moved to one room with shared bathroom that was no what I wanted but was late at night and I can't sleep at the street.

Location, walking distance to the beach and Miami Beach convention center Outdated and old furniture. The hotel hasn’t returned my $50 retainer

It was really close to the beach. Everything else. Said it was a King deluxe suite and got a sad 2 double beds with really loud springs that killed my back. The room was old musty with only 3 towels for 5 people and a coffee maker but no coffee. I hate being deceived but we were so tired we just bit the bullet. The location was the only redeeming factor. Almost made us cut our vacation short if it weren't for the beautiful beach within walking distance.

Front desk was nice and helpful. Dirty, Dingey, Motel-like. Room was not clean, neither was the bathroom. Felt dangerous overall. hallway did not feel safe

Only location. AC was on 24h. Room was cold. It was so old. They don’t accept early check in unless you pay 75 bucks.

The furniture was very outdated and old.

Location is the only thing I liked. Not clean. Sticky floors , rude staff.

The shower was broken no water plus there was roaches in the room
