Tropics Hotel

Very friendly staff and great service

Me and my boyfriend stayed for 5 days, our first room water pressure was super low so we were switched to another room with no problem & everything was perfect after that, clean room, nice pool, secure building & good area. They even allowed a late checkout for us. Would definitely recommend.

The location and price for this hotel is excellent. I just wish it was better maintained and the pool was clean. If the pool was clean and the pool area was better maintained then this hotel would be the best in town.

The bathroom door would not close and we had to ask for towels and toilet paper to get by. The air conditioning was good and so was the bed but the outside carpet doesn’t smell the best. It’s located in a good area but needs some work.

Very friendly staff. Great location. We had an amazing stay in Miami Beach and the hotel was close to everything. Walking distance to Convention Center, Lincoln Road, South Beach, and hundreds of restaurants. Silvia and Asad are great hosts. I'll definitely be back soon.

I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. The owners were absolutely amazing, extremely kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They even received several packages for me before and during my stay, which made my trip so much easier. Their hospitality truly made a difference and made us feel very welcome. The location was great, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The design and décor of the room was beautiful. Love that they remodel the bathrooms. And the flooring The only thing I would suggest is better lighting in the bedroom area and bathroom area? In general, oh, so maybe changing the hallway rug to tiles to give it a better look and a brighter paint color on the hallway walls.

The hotel was in a great location, very close to Ocean Drive. The beds were comfortable. I don’t think the beds were clean. There were ants crawling on them, and we felt itchy throughout our stay. When we reported this issue, we were told that pest control would be carried out. Despite staying for six nights, our room was not cleaned at all. In addition, on a rainy day, water leaked from the ceiling into our room. We were told that we would receive a discount because of these issues, but the discount was never applied. We were unable to find anyone to resolve the matter because the hotel changed ownership two days before we checked out. As a result, we were unable to receive the promised discount.

SMS support 24/7 was amazing and really helpful!!!

Tropics Hotel isn’t perfect, but after spending a month here, I think it offers genuinely great value for South Beach. My biggest issue was I booked about a week before arriving and received no notice that the pool was closed. Even the check-in information sent the day before my arrival, likely templated, referenced the pool. It was an important part of why I chose the hotel, so I was understandably pretty miffed. What matters, though, is the hotel manager Gioia apologized, took my disappointment seriously, and went above and beyond to make things right. The pool finally reopened four days before I left, and it was wonderful. The location is fantastic, the value for this part of Miami is extremely difficult to beat, and most importantly, when something went wrong, the hotel actually cared about fixing it. Tropics is one of those places where you have to judge the whole experience rather than expect perfection.

I love the location and the staff is great.I like the self in check. And I like having a refrigerator and also a stove to cook your meals. Nice please

Everything. The house keepers Rena and Sandra are amazing human beings. Thank you.

Our stay was excellent! The location is perfect, with easy access to everything we wanted to do. The check-in process was seamless—we received a door code and were able to complete the entire check-in ourselves, which was very convenient. Every day, the hotel sent us messages to make sure everything was okay and to ask if we needed anything, which made us feel very well taken care of. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious, clean, and much larger than we expected. There was also a nice swimming pool, although we ended up not using it because we spent most of our time enjoying the beach. The staff was always friendly, attentive, and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! The only downsides we noticed were that the room was quite dark, especially at night. Also, during our entire stay, our room was not cleaned at all.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. The room on the 1st floor had ants

I enjoyed the pool. The location of the property is terrific. The staff were also very helpful. I can’t think of anything wrong.

10/10 Location, pool, service!

Close to every thing

Great hospitality.

Everything !
