Royal Palm South Beach Miami, a Tribute Portfolio Resort

Location Absolutely disgusting how they just take unauthorised money of your card and “cant explain why”. Apparently a system glitch and waiting for my reversals. A crazy $3000 worth of charges for a 4 day stay that they cannot account for. And the staff are extremely unhelpful. Will definitely not be back here

Close to the beach and other locations Stay away from Royal Palm! Their payment system is not working correctly so I have had a ludicrous amount of incorrect charges just going off my credit card without authentication. The amounts are more than the actual accommodation price and several payments. I have tried getting it resolved at the front desk to no help from the staff. There are many others experiencing the same. Such a poor service experience and the staff have no idea what they are doing. Pathetic

We have stayed here before about three years ago and really liked it. When we booked this trip, we were unaware that the hotel had been completely renovated recently. The renovation looks great, everything is brand new! The entire staff was very nice from check-in to housekeeping, all very good. We were a little disappointed there was no room service we had to use DoorDash for snacks, but that was not a dealbreaker. We would definitely come back again!

Also no room service. Paloma closes at 6. Only option is a one page of small bites from the bar, or door dash.

Not quite ready for prime time during my stay (Sept 1-4, 2026). This hotel has been closed over a year to perform major renovations. I have stayed here two times previously and I was impressed with newly renovated rooms and lobby. However, my issue was with the fact that the hotel reopened while still performing additional renovations. The pool area which includes a small restaurant and bar were not opened yet because of construction. Another restaurant which offers a buffet was not opened either. Additionally, there was also major landscaping which including cutting down palm trees each day during my stay. The Staff was great, the room was great, and the limited amenities were great. I just think they should have remained closed another month to finalize all construction before guests arrived.

Really appreciated the complimentary upgrade. Staff was friendly. Recent renovations and decor look amazing and check in was a breeze. My Favorite stay in South Beach.

Arrived on Saturday and was greeted pleasantly by the staff. Weather was nice however when Monday came no notification at check in that pool was going to be closed for a while due to construction at the bar area. The only notification received was a sign posted at the pool entrance saying pool was closed use beach. Didn’t say we can use the Loews pool instead until I asked the staff. Very poor communication by the hotel about the pool.

Messy check in, the ocean front room we had booked was not available which was stressful but at least we were able to switch to ocean front the next day. Great location.

All-around amazing place

Nothing impressive about this hotel. The suite we got had a mini fridge that was full of drinks for sale. We asked if we could use the mini fridge to keep some personal stuff cold. They said we cannot. The hotel s so old with scary elevators and a small pool. we felt we could receive better serie at a bed and breakfast motel. We do not reommend this place to anyone.
