Loews Miami Beach Hotel – South Beach

We enjoyed everything about our stay here! Would even be an amazing place for a staycation!

Loved it!

We love, love, love Loews Miami. We visit 2-3 times a year and almost always stay at the Loews. Sometimes with the kids, most times without. Location is fantastic. You can walk everywhere. The pool is great. The pool, bars and coffee shop staff are great, most of the time. Unfortunately, two things have happened recently that really PISSED ME OFF! Customer service is obviously not as important as it used to be. As loyal, repeat customers, it's nice to feel like you're "at home" when you're traveling. But Loews really showed how much they just don't care on our last visit. I've re-written this review three times trying to describe what's happened, but it doesn't matter. We left feeling like we weren't valued guests. I'm not the kind of guest who wants a free stay because a towel had a hair on it. But it would have been nice to hear more than, sorry, or to have a bunch of people call and say, we'd like to talk to you about this -- and then say, sorry.

Excellent hotel in a great location. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Staff was EXTREMELY nice and accommodating!

Room was very comfortable; friendly staff and the pool was amazing. Some good restaurants within walking distance and was able to Uber/Lyft everywhere else.

Location is perfect: Miami Beach first line hotel, close to Española Way, meaning very good restaurantes, close to supermarkets, close to amazing places for breakfast or brunch (like Rosetta's bakery). Friendly employees, mainly at front desk and Katerina in the restaurant. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was really good. We has a couple of issues with refunding some deposit amounts. It took some time to be refound, some long conversations.

Love everything about it. Staff on front desk were amazing.. I just wish the beach area would have a free umbrella though. They charge for beach umbrella =(

Beautiful property, rooms are comfortable and clean, lovely and updated since my last stay. Restaurant staff at Preston’s and pool staff very helpful and friendly. Eric at the pool was very helpful and Concierge staff all helpful with excellent restaurant suggestions. RAOs restaurant on the property was excellent. We had a wonderful experience and enjoyed our vacation thank you

Great hotel on the beach and walking distance to Ocean drive. Getting a little pricey now.

Everything was very good, the size of the room and bathroom, the bed quality was excellent, the location also , the pool and the beach i just recommend that a kittle is available in the room but nothing to complain from
