Hotel stay was really nice, quiet, clean, comfortable. Hotel staff very nice, professional, ready to help with the needs of the customer. Rooms are well maintained & comfortable. I've stayed @ this hotel in early January 2026. I enjoyed my stay & decided to return in August 2026, and will return in the future.

La limpieza es regular, algunas veces no te cambian la toallas o sacan toda la basura. El personal de recepción suele ser un tanto amable , otros no. El wifi anduvo bien, nuestra habitación era un poco pequeña , la nevera no enfriaba correctamente.

Great food, clean rooms, friendly stff

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the hotel had a great atmosphere overall. Everything was exactly what I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Everything was fine, what I don't like are the extra charges on top of the room price, plus a $100 damage deposit, which they don't check in the guest's presence at checkout. Everything else was fine.

Location.. Certainly not value for money .

Comfortable and clean. The front desk staff could have been a little more flexible. I was charged an early check-in fee only about 50 minutes before the standard check-in time I needed to access the room as soon as possible, as I was traveling with two children, including a five-year-old who was asleep at the time. At many other hotels where I have arrived early, I have been allowed to check in as long as the room was ready. I cannot say that the hotel did anything technically wrong, but the situation could have been handled with a little more understanding and goodwill. For this reason, I would not stay here again and would not recommend the hotel.

Exceptional

Only drawbacks were no space at the sink, the shower being open to the room, and being able to hear outside noise. But honestly we managed for the 3 nights were were there. It's centrally located and I would definitely stay again.

Location. That they didn’t have a ice nor water station in each floor.

Clean rooms. Shower sits in room not “bathroom” housekeeping was great! As well as staff on duty day and evening. Great location.

The housekeeping staff were lovely and did a great job, but the front desk team could have been friendlier and more helpful. The location is fantastic and is definitely one of the hotel's biggest strengths. However, considering the layout, limited amenities, and some maintenance issues, it feels like a stretch to rate this property as a four-star hotel.
