I think it was great!! The view was great room was clean. Paying extra for Wi-Fi And paying for parking that wasn’t explained well.

room service is not 24 hours. didnt have enough coffee pods. gym is tiny. very good location

This property was very nice, clean and the front desk staff was so professional and helpful. The rooms were nice as well. I will stay here again the next time I visit Miami.

My husband and I had a great 5 day stay. My only complaint would be the noise the toilet made after every flush. We would definitely stay again. Great Location, Clean room, Nice staff

Great location; close to the beach, shopping, and many restaurants. Happy Hour every day from 3-6 PM (with half price drinks) was a nice perk!! The bar is extremely tiny and only seats four, but both the indoor and outdoor dining areas are nice. The food, drinks, and service are fantastic!!

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night as we were given the recommendation to stay on south beach and this hotel was reasonably priced. I got to the hotel around 2pm and they said my room wasn’t ready but i could do the check in process and get my key when I returned and they would hold our bags for us. When my husband and I returned around 9:30pm they could not locate our bags. They said to check our room as they were likely there. The bags were not in our room. They finally found them in a 3rd storage room. When we got settled into our room we could not find the tv remote and called the e front desk and they said there wasn’t anything they could do. Overall the hotel was okay but these two inconveniences were frustrating.

Very nice hotel - the location was great, super close to everything. The staff at the reception was super nice and always available to help. I would recommend to maybe take a room with a balcony just because our room had a humidity smell that didn't really go away even with room keeping which is the only thing that bothered us, you also couldn't open the windows, only AC, so it was harder for the smell to go away. The shower also had a really strong smell, that didn't really make you feel "clean" after taking it.. Could be to the fact that it super humid in MIA, hopefully it wasn't mold. Other than that, we would still recommend it as we barely spent anytime in the room. The beach & the pool were great!

The staff made it difficult for me to book an extra night. The staff were not helpful, and took $100 holding deposit, they have not repaid it, I can’t get any communication from them, they don’t answer emails or the phone. I would not recommend

Nothing Staff were rude, wouldn’t let me extend the stay with them. Told me to go away and do it online. Cleaners were not aware I had added additional nights, so asked me to leave at 11am as I would have checked out, had I not stayed additional nights. Property was left in immaculate condition, however they didn’t refund the $100 holding deposit, and I don’t get a response when I request it via email and no one answers the phone

Clean room and excellent location.

I understand the need to verify the identity of the person who booked and paid for the room, but I consider requiring identification from my guest to be an unnecessary invasion of privacy. I have stayed at this hotel before and was not asked to provide identification for my wife. We also stayed at other hotels during this same visit to Miami, and none required identification from both of us. I have enjoyed staying here previously, but I am disappointed with this policy. If this is now a permanent requirement, I will likely need to choose a different hotel for future stays.

A nice modern room Staff friendly got wine for my wife's birthday in room. Food Everything was great A good location for South beach,Ocean drive,shopping, Hispaniola way. Would recommend
