Aqua Hotel & Suites

Our room was very clean and the staff was very helpful, however the room need some renovations.

I am disappointed in my stay. I stayed for four days and they didn't clean the room once. No fridge in room. The toilet when you flush it. It stays rubbing room 107.

Pour le petit déjeuner ils offrent rarement des sandwichs sans viande.

Only problem is no fridge and no oven staff is really good but the honor hides the oven after breakfast.

The place is worse than motel 6 honestly Water pressure is aweful Bathroom was dirty tub was filthy as well Check in process only

I liked the location, the size of the room and having access to the beach chairs The lack of physical staff

They will try to charge you extra 38 dollars for resort fee regarding how many days you stay there… there is no one at their front desk and I was stranded outside for hours because I didn’t receive the check in email I waited for hours just to get some to chat with on what’s app…

La señorita de la recepción es una gran persona y muy muy atenta, la mejor, nos fuimos felices. Y si nuestra estadía estuvo bien fue gracias a ella.

I would recommend this hotel 100%, the staff is wonderful and they demonstrated that they’re there to help, they’re Nice people.. the A/C was new, the Beach is just across the street.. the room extra clean .. Location is excellent

Spectacular location, room was ok 2 things: 1. A/C couldn't be managed from the room, it's centralized, not that nice 2. The WC was completely awful, really short and old fashion style (alcatraz prision) One of the guys at the front desk, not really helpfull at all.

The beds were comfortable and the staff was nice and accommodating when they were at the front desk. The room was plenty big and there was a desk and little dining table. The bathroom in our room was small and unaccommodating. For example, there was no where to set any of my stuff out as it was a stand alone sink and the toilet had no tank... just the pull flusher. The shower was small and the tub was in rough shape. They indicated a complementary breakfast from 8a - 10a and when I got down there at 9a.. there was nothing set out on the one small table they had. Room had a mini fridge and microwave but that was it. No other amenities such as coffee, cups, or ice bucket/option.

Horrible place pictures doesn’t look like the place at all wouldn’t recommend bugs were in the place would never come here left after 5 minutes seeing the place because how bad it was

No parking at all. Is a lie about them having parking. The staff was in another world. No help whatsoever. Stay away or next door.

Room door was not operating properly and water tubs were not operating properly. We desided to check out early and ask for the refund. The front desk staff refused to refunded. Evetrough we left from there not even getting partial refund.

The photos of the hotel room were misleading compared to what I actually received. The floors were filthy, especially in the bathroom. There was gunk stuck between the bathroom floor tiles. There was no fridge, microwave, or included parking. I guess you get what you pay for, especially at this price in Miami Beach.

Wish there was more lighting in the room and a full size mirror. the plugs were loose. For the price I expect it to be more fancy. But besides all it was great you get two chairs at the beach wished the umbrella came along too but it was good spend most of the day out.
