Exceptional

unique character and great staff!

The location was phenomenal. Loved that we had beach chairs included at the beach across the street. It was lively in the evenings but you wouldn´t hear it in the room. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Breakfast was very good, also the complimentary drink in the afternoon. The staff was absolutely phenomenal. Everyone is so friendly and reception, especially Wendell, went above and beyond for us. So kind and helpful, almost spoiling us. We loved our stay so much. everything was great.

We booked this room for our friends and they enjoyed it as much as we did. Spacious rooms with everything needed. Beach chairs are included when you go to the beach, so are beach towels. Food int he restaurant was good, so were the drinks. everything is clean and well maintained. Staff was so nice and helpful. We felt so welcome. Big shoutout to Wendell from reception. He was amazing! Mattresses are a bit hard but that is very subjective.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! The free Mojeto each night, and two for one deal after set us up for two great evenings. We sat right beside ocean drive and watched the world go by. The only issue was the pillow for my partner was too soft. Not a biggy. It was fine for me. We asked the housekeeping girl and she was very helpful. Unfortunately she couldn't find a firmer one.

This was a great place for a beach weekend away. The service was excellent, rooms were clean and the food was excellent.

Love the vibe!Our recent stay at this hotel was wonderful! From the time we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with the most warm and helpful staff! The front desk personnel Wardell was very accommodating and welcoming! We arrived very early from the airport and asked him if we could leave our bags until the check in time, and he was very kind enough to check if any room was available to accommodate us! He let us check in earlier than expected and we were able to rest and relax in our room before we enjoyed a delicious lunch in the hotel restaurant! The free drinks in the afternoon was wonderful and the drinks were large enough with the right buzz! We mostly ate at their restaurant and enjoyed their fresh seafood! Loved their calamari ( to die for) and their fresh fish! The free towels and chairs were nice to have as an inclusive with the room plus the free plated breakfast were big servings and cooked fresh every time you order! We have tried big resorts and hotels in Miami Beach every year but I must say, we will have to change our pattern and return to this hotel every year now! And I must mention their music! If you are are a Gen X traveler, you will love their mix! I’d give this hotel a 9/10!

Breakfast included was OK. Only 3 options were included, and complimentary drinks were limited to tea bags and Americano. Fresh juice, cappuccino, and other items were available, but at an extra charge. We checked out early before breakfast started, but no takeaway pack was offered.

Awesome experience

What a beautifully kept property. Quirky, unique, but perfectly formed. Great location for exploring sour beach
