Waldorf Towers South Beach

Its location is in the hub of miami beach and beach chairs were nice to have. The hotel.staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location of the property was excellent. Located among many restaurants and happenings. The room was not the cleanest. Had to tidy up bathroom and some areas of the room.

Clean, updated rooms, nicely appointed and well thought out design. Noise between rooms in bathroom and closet when closet door was open.

Friendly staff , clean and adorable color schemes . The café was good and well priced, loved the location as well! Nothing particular! There is an attached "market" - not the Cafe- that the hotel advertises. The employees in the market were rude and the food we purchased made us incredibly sick

I booked a corner suite and absolutely loved it. The staff was very professional and considerate. Carl was my favorite as he went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The room was clean, well kept,and even being above the restaurant i was still able to get sleep with the Latin music. The Icon cafe had the best drinks and food I've had in Miami. If you're looking for a memory and a place to create future memories this is it.

Great location in the middle of Ocean Drive. Good food and drinks in the hotel restaurant which you get 20% off and there are 2-4-1 drinks all afternoon. Our room was available to check in early and staff were very friendly. My only complaint is in the oceanfront rooms you need earplugs and the thumping goes late into the night even on a Sunday.

It was a very cute hotel, but very loud as it’s right on ocean blvd. Very convenient location right across from muscle beach and walking distance to everything.

The room was spacious but the floor was so dirty. My kid’s socks turned black when they were walking in the room. I put the shoes on so they don’t get sick from the dirt. But the hotel was in a great location and had a great view. We got one of the suites with big windows.

Room very clean, staff were excellent. Close to the cruise ports. Could walk around easily.
