Everything was awesome! Staff was great, perfect location and amenities.

The staff were so kind and helpful! Honestly the best part of the stay. Our room was clean but the blanket was thin and we could hear eeeeverything from the street and businesses (bars) surrounding so had an awful sleep unfortunately. Otherwise the location was good, maybe if we were on a higher floor the noise would have been better.

It was ok great location but when they say they have parking they don’t they have valet parking and you have to pay an additional $45 a day for parking which I feel if you state you have parking I would assume it’s on site free parking not parking that you have to pay Parking that they say they have but you have to pay an additional $45 a day extra for parking

Right in the middle of the Art Deco area. There was a great atmosphere at night. Easy to walk along Ocean Drive from this hotel and to get to the beach just across the road. The rooms were very smart, WiFi good, and generally staff were excellent. I would stay here again. One staff member let the team down. We checked in on Saturday and the guy on the desk was excellent. Welcoming and told us what we needed to know. The reception person during the day in Saturday was also very good. Unfortunately the person on the desk on Sunday evening was not very good at all. I went to the desk around 930pm on Sunday evening and the guy was looking at his phone. He didn’t bother looking up so I interrupted him which I don’t think he liked and asked him whether you could access the round room at the top. His reply was “No, it’s just a light”, then went back to his phone. Sorry i disturbed you…..

Location! Near the beach and the room towels can go to the beach where loungers are reserved for you. The room was clean, tidy and functional and the tea, coffee and water were replenished on day two, unexpectedly! A good night time scene if you like that kind of thing. We booked South Beach to see the Art Deco buildings and old cars.....see don't likes! All the fronts of all the buildings, that we could see, were covered in restaurant tables, chairs and signage with boom boxes blaring out "music" with girls on the sidewalk hasseling you to eat there. The cost of drinks was exorbitant, $56 for two drinks! This hotel, and probably others in the area, only has valet parking at $50 per night
