Location was good so as staff It was badly maintained, corridors carpets were so dirty, there is a bad smell at reception and there was no lift too. Door locks are obsolete and often doesn’t work

It’s nice decor , good location Just a personal preference of my own, it was a bit uncomfortable for me because it wasn’t the type of hotel and room I was used to when traveling but it was cool for a 1 night stay

Delightful staff. Convenient location near Lummus Park in South Beach. Breakfast shops and great pizza nearby.

Location and the fact they upgraded us to a suite when we ran late was the icing on the cake. Will forever be my favorite hotel in Miami.

The location Everything was great until check out. I noticed a charge for miscellaneous items so I contacted the front desk and they said it was a charge for water, a shaving kit and snacks $54.61. I explained to them these items were not placed in our room prior to our arrival. I tried to call the corporate number you can’t get through. I was told to email bookings@southbeachgroup.com and that put me in touch with a guy named Guillermo Companioni. Front Desk Manager. Explained to him the situation he said he would look into this matter further then quit responding.

The morning staff on the 7am-3pm was great… the location is perfect as well Their was mold, not much but still an issue
