The staff was very nice and friendly, check in was a smooth process and also responded very fast when services was needed. Had a weird smell

the free drinks weren’t worth the selling point, saw a roach in the hallway. breakfast had great options though

Great value for all the amenities it offered as well as proximity to great food establishments in South Beach. The terrace this unit offered was also used and appreciated!

Hotel overall was good, went for a friends 21 birthday who is not really into the party scene, so location was a great in between everything

The room smelled like mildew I was unable to sleep because of it Thank god I was only there for one night Never come back to that hotel again Nothing

Love this hotel, stay everytime I go out to Miami, but this most recent time my room smelled like mildew, just like clothes that were left in the washer for too long.

There was supposed to be a bar attached to the Hotel but it was closed

Amazing value with tons of stuff in walking distance including the beach. Super good free breakfast with a few different options. We also arrive very early in the morning but we're able to check in and sleep it was great. Elevator was a bit sketchy feeling. Lots of things they charge us to use in the room and coffee marker was a weird brand so we couldnt buy our own stuff.

Staff were very welcoming new to job so willing to look things up but did not have knowledge about area first hand. The building was clean. However, our shower control would not shut off. They came to fix it immediately. However, it took up our morning and the hotel did not offer any compensation for the in convenience.

Two two stars were for location convenience and how nice the front desk staff was. The hotel is very old and ran down. We did not receive room service for two days and the floors in our room were dirty when we arrived. The elevator hardly works and had a huge delay opening and closing. The pictures online are false advertisement. Would not recommend.

Stayed one night. The restaurant next to the property is only open for breakfast and lunch. It has the onky bar next to the hotel. The pool is also next door and stays open longer than the restaurant and it's very small. Ocean drive bars, clubs, and restaurants are within walking distance of hotel.
