“Gym” was closed. Pool area is cute but too cluttered! The room was nice and we enjoyed the balcony. The hotel staff was absolutely the best part! They were so friendly and helpful!
-
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It’s was a great place to stay at first my weekend trip.
-
OK, the paint is excellent. I didn’t like was the restaurant in pool closing at 6 o’clock in the evening while still daylight. Could have spent more time at the pool and restaurant

The Bad: The staff looked kind of sad and downtrodden. Smiles were not returned, and I'm a pretty upbeat fellow. Not sure who died. I hope nobody died. It was the Fourth of July weekend. I figured people would be sort of upbeat. The fellow who checked me in was actually quite friendly but all the folks working the desk or cleaning the hotel looked like it was the end of the world The restaurant is closed for dinner… Next morning up at seven restaurant is still closed. You're not allowed to bring outside food to the courtyard of the hotel where the pool is… Which sucks if the restaurant is closed. There's a bunch of coffee spots around. Some of them are good. Some of them are not. I chose one that wasn't particularly good. There's a lot of street traffic on Washington Avenue. I don't think I would choose to stay there again. It felt a bit like eighth Avenue in Manhattan. I wouldn't leave your suitcases on the curb for very long. Really just getting the hang of South Beach. Ocean Avenue was a madhouse for the Fourth of July. The restaurants are pretty predatory. Mandatory service fees.

Had to switch rooms initially but all of the staff were sooooo helpful and nice and I had a wonderful 5 night stay. Thanks to everyone. I also appreciated my room cleaned every day, but no one was trying to do so super early, thankfully. Nice room, great location, some free stuff in the fridge

I stayed for 7 days, staff was fabulous and breakfast and pool were lovely.

Nice clean rooms. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

I liked the hotel of hospitality, but I didn't like the breakfast.

They offer a free drink when you check it but only from 4-6 which we missed. It should be redeemable at any time. Also there's a resort fee but this is not a resort. There's zero parking. Other than that, the hotel was clean. Rooms are small. Staff was friendly.

Budget, basic and bearable

The facilities felt tight but clean, and the staff made you feel safe and welcomed. The furniture was classic, and they also have a daily happy hour. The fruntiure in the room nees majour updaing, the frabric frame had bleach spots and no apeared old. The night stands wobbled, and the room in in need of a decore re-fresh. The walls are also thin, so I could hear everything my neiobors were doing (as if I was in the room with them).

The hotel was conveniently located near the beach and restaurants. If you’re planning a cruise, it’s approximately 15 minutes away from the loading dock. However, the rooms require updates. The beds need to be changed as the headboards have discolored. Staff members were very helpful and they give you a complimentary discount for drinks next door to their establishment. Overall, it was okay for our 1 night.

Great price and location. Helpful staff.
-
Great room, with nice bed and enough space for everything. Room was cleaned daily, front desk and other staff were always friendly and super helpful. Breakfast and bar are great and there’s a nice pool area. Location is great, close to the beach, restaurants, bars and lounges, supermarkets and other places. 10/10 would recommend!
