Really disappointed with this stay will not be staying there again

THE MAIN DOOR HAD SOME ISSUES OPENING BUT ONCE YOU FIGURED OUT TO OPEN UP THERE WASNT ANY MORE ISSUES.

Rate this hotel -0 . First the elevator was broken so had to walk around the side of the building down an alley. Side door is not locked walk to second floor and the staircase door was broken. Was in the staircase for over an hour banging until another resident tried on their side to get it open. Maintenance men came with no tools and prop the door open with a walker. Not a far walk from the beach

Horrible hotel. Poor accommodations. Elevator broken and no one on-site. No way to reach management. Employer on phone says no way to contact management and directed me to call booking. Com. UNSAFE HOTEL. TRASH IN STAIRWAY. DARK ALLEY ENTRANCE. I CHECKED OUT EARLY AND THEY REFUSED TO RETURN MY MONEY. Thermostat in room broken. Too hot!! TV not working. No remote. No connection.

Everything was perfect

nothing! if I could get my money back that would be perfect. cause this stay was horrible. barely had any air, no lobby, elevator wasn’t working, no microwave in room, windows were sealed shut. oh and day 1 we didn’t have a remote because the tv wouldn’t connect or it was the wrong tv.

Nice size bed , clean Elevators were out of services the whole time I stayed. House keeper never brought my blanket so I was freezing in the room either only sheets no blanket . I text them about it and they said they were on their way and never came . No front desk staff for help .

The ac is NOT working, you will feel really hot at night

Location was the ONLY THING There was no a/c upon arrival. It was 90 degree’s in our room. Called the maintenance number that was given only to be laughed at hung up and not accommodated at all. They whole facility was without air conditioning

Listen up everyone, this is a party town so expect a clean room but worn out well used facility, mainly the doors. Every door was out of alignment with gaps and slammed. I can't really fault anyone but the crazy party animals who visit this town. The bed and pillows were comfortable, ac worked well, bathroom was really nice. Getting into the facility was a breeze and location was top notch. The doors needs to be maintained better, someone was smoking weed and it was getting into my room. Luckly is was good weed haha. Also the room would do better if it had usb ports somewhere. Usually hotels have them built into lamps. I had to charge my things via the tvs USB

The location was great I wanted to watch tv need to login to a streaming app to do that the toilet stop working and my husband had to fix it. And the elevator was slow and I wanted to extend my time because of my flight I couldn’t ended up having to get a whole nother hotel just for a couple more hours

I enjoyed the accessibility. I also enjoyed the communication between the property and I. We liked the cleanliness and the location of the property. The window was cracked open and we weren’t able to shut it. Leaving us to keep the blind down to keep the hot air out the entirety of our stay. The handle to get in the lobby also goes upwards and not downwards.

Close to the beach The property is dirty. Not even close to what is advertised. The room has a bad smell, TV doesn’t work, bathroom was dirty as hell, shower doesn’t get hot. No actual person to talk to. They changed the door code halfway through our stay but we were NEVER notified. The only reason we could get into the building is because another person staying was outside to inform us the door code was changed. Had they not been there we would have waited who knows how long to be able to get back to our room since there is not an actual person there you can only communicate via text or what’s app. This is the absolute worst place I’ve ever stayed and I will not ever be back here again. Absolutely disgusting.

It’s close to everything It’s was a lot of people smoking weed rolling there blunts in the lobby it was like a trap house honestly they where selling drugs asking if u wanna buy weed every time they see u I will not come back they need to fix the air conditioner room was not cool enough the elevator was so slow they need to definitely fix that bed was uncomfortable as well only good thing about this hotel it was close to everything so I was happy about that

Ok the fact we had no desk for check was terrible. I could not check in due to a code for door and room acess never being sent to my email resulted in me not checking for 3hours until I was told about a sister property 3 blocks from where I was stay had to walk in the rain to the siater property for thwm to grant me acess codes to get into my room now at 3am. I wouls likw to be reemburst for that night and day. My TV had no working batteries and once I go batteries the TV volum did not work.

The location was great, it was a 2min walk to the beach, food and nightlife The people hanging out in the living lobby who live there, the room was located in a dark area with a dark outside walk way away from the other part of the hotel and the doors kept banging loud every time people came in. The room was small and dirty it had hair in the shower, sink and on the bed. The TV stand was stained and the bed had a burn hole on it. The locks on the door was questionable, the staff on site can’t speak English to help you or pretend not to. Finally, and the most important one, the sink was stopped up and didn’t drain out properly every time and when I put in a message to have it fix I didn’t get a response at all!
