I enjoyed the accessibility. I also enjoyed the communication between the property and I. We liked the cleanliness and the location of the property. The window was cracked open and we weren’t able to shut it. Leaving us to keep the blind down to keep the hot air out the entirety of our stay. The handle to get in the lobby also goes upwards and not downwards.

Nice area

Close to the beach The property is dirty. Not even close to what is advertised. The room has a bad smell, TV doesn’t work, bathroom was dirty as hell, shower doesn’t get hot. No actual person to talk to. They changed the door code halfway through our stay but we were NEVER notified. The only reason we could get into the building is because another person staying was outside to inform us the door code was changed. Had they not been there we would have waited who knows how long to be able to get back to our room since there is not an actual person there you can only communicate via text or what’s app. This is the absolute worst place I’ve ever stayed and I will not ever be back here again. Absolutely disgusting.

It’s close to everything It’s was a lot of people smoking weed rolling there blunts in the lobby it was like a trap house honestly they where selling drugs asking if u wanna buy weed every time they see u I will not come back they need to fix the air conditioner room was not cool enough the elevator was so slow they need to definitely fix that bed was uncomfortable as well only good thing about this hotel it was close to everything so I was happy about that

Ok the fact we had no desk for check was terrible. I could not check in due to a code for door and room acess never being sent to my email resulted in me not checking for 3hours until I was told about a sister property 3 blocks from where I was stay had to walk in the rain to the siater property for thwm to grant me acess codes to get into my room now at 3am. I wouls likw to be reemburst for that night and day. My TV had no working batteries and once I go batteries the TV volum did not work.

The location was great, it was a 2min walk to the beach, food and nightlife The people hanging out in the living lobby who live there, the room was located in a dark area with a dark outside walk way away from the other part of the hotel and the doors kept banging loud every time people came in. The room was small and dirty it had hair in the shower, sink and on the bed. The TV stand was stained and the bed had a burn hole on it. The locks on the door was questionable, the staff on site can’t speak English to help you or pretend not to. Finally, and the most important one, the sink was stopped up and didn’t drain out properly every time and when I put in a message to have it fix I didn’t get a response at all!

Nothing. Room was Small and dingy. Rats running around on the sidewalk. We opened the door room was really small, dirty and file odor. We was only in there for approximately 30 seconds and walked out. Tried calling several times no one would answer the phone. Can I please get a refund

Location Not necessarily what I don’t like but an honest review there was a minor mishap with one of my rooms, but once l reached out the issue was resolved. Walls and doors inside rooms could use a deep cleaning.

Laying down The area and no parking.

Chill hotel. It’s kinda annoying trying to remember the codes for the doors especially when you’re drunk or had a long day and your phone is dead. Otherwise good location

Room was filthy. Black pubic hairs everywhere from the floor, near the coffee maker, on the pillow, bathroom sink. Room was reeking of cigarette smoke and music from next door was so loud, walls are paper thin. Disgusting bare-bones nothing like the pics. Shame cause the outside and lobby are nice but it’s not at all like the rooms.

No beach view at all, it’s very hard to reach staff members and the room is clean
