Ok the fact we had no desk for check was terrible. I could not check in due to a code for door and room acess never being sent to my email resulted in me not checking for 3hours until I was told about a sister property 3 blocks from where I was stay had to walk in the rain to the siater property for thwm to grant me acess codes to get into my room now at 3am. I wouls likw to be reemburst for that night and day. My TV had no working batteries and once I go batteries the TV volum did not work.

Laying down The area and no parking.

Chill hotel. It’s kinda annoying trying to remember the codes for the doors especially when you’re drunk or had a long day and your phone is dead. Otherwise good location

Room was filthy. Black pubic hairs everywhere from the floor, near the coffee maker, on the pillow, bathroom sink. Room was reeking of cigarette smoke and music from next door was so loud, walls are paper thin. Disgusting bare-bones nothing like the pics. Shame cause the outside and lobby are nice but it’s not at all like the rooms.

No beach view at all, it’s very hard to reach staff members and the room is clean

Top floor balcony. Inattentive staff at the sister hotel - Beacon hotel. Did not return package via UPS as instructed to.

Location Too small for the price, towels were cheap and you have to pay extra for the cleaning service. Also the tv had a set volume and lighting in the room was poor at night.

Not clean, the bed wasn’t even cleaned properly

It was clean I ordered a beach front hotel and this was not beach front also when I booked it the pictures didn’t look anything like the actual hotel also the staff was very very rude! My husband and I asked for an early check in we’ve called several times before our flight and they were so rude and didn’t allow us an early check in. We even offered more money for an early check in.

The location was great. Everything was in walking distance. I didn’t like the advertisement. It specifically stated apartment. This is a room with a bathroom.

The location The window air conditioner hose was disconnected when we arrived, the room was HOT. My husband had to figure out how to reconnect the hose to the floor unit. There was cardboard taped around the window. There was only 1 glass in the bathroom and no washcloths. There was a coffee pot with coffee pods but no cups.
