the rooms and the bar very nice

Checkin is at 4pm, I arrived at 7:00pm and my room was not ready, they end up giving me a room next building, on 4th floor which has no elevator and room had a bad smell. This trip was not for pleasure, was for surgery and had plans to stay longer at Chestferfield, but . I complained to management, end staying only 2 nights, requested refund and of course they denied. I will not recommend this hotel. Good luck staying here

First, let’s say the hotel clerk is on her cell phone. Do you need any issues doing never got off the cell phone. She was knowing the whole time wasn’t helpful at all. No hot water keys was not working in my room to get in. They want to overcharge me for the extra night that I already paid to. Finally, they seen in their own computer that they were wrong. Worst place ever.

Extremely close to the beach, keep in mind this is basically only to have a place to sleep, at night it could get sketchy i the lobby but overall it serves its purpose

Amazing staff, the rooms were very clean. Bar was amazing. Nice vibe overall. Would definetly go back go back again.

Need to clean the rooms daily. Dangerous ice machine should not be outside

Raymond was amazing our flight go delayed and he was very patient and helpful with us getting the hotel dates changed and even spoke with Expedia for me since we had booked with them. Also milagro was very helpful as well when we finally arrived she was so sweet and helpful and very understanding with us needed to extend the hotel another day due to another flight delay and even stored our bags for us after checking out so we wouldn’t have to carry them around Miami why we waited for our flight time. Both of these individuals made a complicated trip run very smooth. And the manager there is very helpful and understanding as well he runs a smooth tight ship!!! Amazing stay much appreciated, will be coming back!!!

Not helpful at all

It was okay. We had bugs and kinda out dated.. not convenient if you have allot of bags allot stairs and such. Very very loud and not good light blocking at all. Definitely would stay at a chain hotel for now on and wouldn’t stay there again.

The room had no hot water for bathing. The shower was stopped up from moment one of walking in the room. The room was behind a locked gate. The hotel staff made me walk up to the lobby and get my door dash order. I think it was because they have food there and they don't like outside orders. The room only had one wash cloth. The front desk literally NEVER answers the Front Desk Phone number (305)531-5831 Check it out for yourself!. It' funny that way at least they can say NO GUESTS EVER CALL US FROM THEIR ROOM WITH PROBLEMS! HA! This is South Beach and so it is loud all night long.

Overall my stay was good i will be booking this hotel again

Staff, really bad, the kind "let's get this over with", so don't expect any friendly welcome.

Area was excellent. Rooms were clean but there were shady staff and/or guest. Felt like organized crime. Noisy. Inconsiderate and shady looking.

This hotel was 1 block away from the beach the staff was super cool and every was very clean and working it was inexpensive and i honestly needed it for 1 night which was perfect since i was boarding a cruise the next day i will certainly recommend for those who need a quick 1-3 day stay as well is absolutely close to all the top places 1-2 blocks away Mangos, Voodoo, Wetwillies, beach, Bacon B*tch, puerto Sagua , Papace, you name it list goes on lol

Room 517 did not have a safe. Non the less we have a good time
