The stay was wonderful, night time staff was so helpful. The only thing I wish they had was a microwave. Other than that room was comfy and I loved the heated pool and balcony. Will be returning!!

The hotel had several issues. First, it was very noisy, and getting from one side of the hotel to the other was difficult. The elevator stopped working on the last night, and the staff did not do much to accommodate guests. It is frustrating to pay a resort fee every day and still not be able to use basic amenities like the elevator. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was hard, and you could actually feel the springs when lying on it. For the amount of money I spent, this was probably one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The location may be convenient, but everything else was disappointing. The staff did not make the experience any better, and I probably will not stay at this hotel again.

Hallways stink. Pool looked dirty. The rugs and couches in the room look need to be vacuumed properly. Mold in the bathroom.

Our room was very nice and comfortable, and the bed was very cozy. We appreciated having a refrigerator, beach towels, lawn chairs, soap, lotion, and nice balconies! The location and view were unbeatable. We had an ocean view room, and even though you're right on Ocean Drive but it definitely was a bit noisy. The beach was just steps away, CVS was right down the street and there were countless restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance. A very good gelato shop was attached to the building It was a fun and convenient stay, but just don't expect room service.

Stuff was rude , the charge me for use to umbrella but when I want then they said they don’t have it , they show when booking they have baby cribs in my room but after I reached they said they don’t have it and my baby was fallen floor one time , even whole hotel they don’t have any microwave I could not warm milk for my baby , and when I ask to when me about warm milk stuff was so rude . ..

The only convenience is it’s on the strip,!! but we didn’t have the proper towels no ice machine. No microwave. Which sucks . No way to heat any food .. We was supposed to get two waters a day. None of that happened. The only way we were able to even get our water or clean towels every day was there was a housekeeping closet open so every day we pass by we grab clean sheets, toiletries, and water and as far as the ice machine, they only have ONE ice machine for both buildings.. we had to walk all the way to the other building, downstairs to the front lobby and get our ice even though the sign says call front desk for ice they never answer. They never answer ! if you need help you have to go downstairs and talk to somebody if there’s anyone available. We will not be staying there again

No hot water, lights went out in the bathroom, phone did not work, curtains did not close. Nothing about it was good.

The room and view was amazing. I rented the Suite from 06/25/26 thru 06/27/2026. The first night June 25 my birthday at check in time my room was not ready until 5:30 pm. and check in time was at 4:00 pm. I spoke with front desk staff and inquired about food and drink voucher I was provided a bottle of wine. I was informed by staff that the facility was short staff. I got into my room after 5:00 pm and 30 minutes in the room the TV did not work. The manager came up and switch the TV out however he left and the volume on the TV did not work. I contacted the front desk and was informed by staff that there was nothing that can be done because he could not fixed the volume on the TV. I was told to pair the remote control with the TV and I did that and it did not pair. I notified the front desk for two days that I was there and I was unable to watch TV. I had the staff place a note in the computer so that I would not be charged for issues with the TV. On June 26 the electric went out in the Suite and it was out for over 5 hours it was hot, humid. and my steak dinner was ruined in the refrigerator. I notified the front desk and they sent a text to maintenance and no one never came to check the lights. I went out so that I would not have to sit in the dark when I returned to the suite the lights was still out. I went to the front desk staff and I requested maintenance to fix the light a guy was standing at the desk he appeared to be maintenance and he came up to the suite.
