Good location, clean, helpful. Def party hotel-will hear the music all night. Mini fridge available on request, thankfully had one in stock. Beach is close but if want use their chairs and such it’s 5 blocks away.

. This definitely is not a 4 star nor even a 3 star hotel. The rooms where outdated they did not have lamps not a mirror the air conditioning did not work. They charged extra $40 per night and this was not estipulated on your site !!!’ Im Very disappointed.

Locatiion was great. That is adult only hotel. They dud not allowed my kids to stay. At booking does not mention anytthing about this rule. They send my famiky to another hotel partner 2 minutes walking away.

A côté le resto avec des brochettes est trop bon . Club mangos juste a côté et le bar club yayoo si vous voulez fêter. Nous y étions en semaine du lundi au vendredi donc très tranquille lhotel était vraiment mort on a jamais rester a notre hotel finalement a 11h30 il fermait tout et le jour rien tranquille. Donc on a profiter de ka plage et des bar a côté lesoir pour feter. L'hôtel prête des vélos gratuit on en a profiter . 2 bouteilles d'eau Malheureusement pas de frigo il fait le demander $$ je trouve sa cheap Sa prend un frigo ou sinon un service une machine a glace sur l'étage. Y fait chaud cest lamoindre des choses . On a payer poyr ka chambre avec vue et balcon sur la rue cetait bien et propre le personnel est gentil .Il a des serviettes pour la plage a prêter. Du cafe a volonté toute la journée Mon seul point négatif sur lhotel Est la douche aucune pression pas douche téléphone et souvent lhotel nest pas chaude . Difficile de nettoyer le sable sans pression.

Although hotel was clean, property was more out dated than I like when on vacation. Pictures online of rooms seem more modern. The rooms were EXTREMELY small whereas we had to use one of the beds to put our things on when unpacking. Phones didn’t work in room. Bathroom so small, only one person could fit in there at a time and enough room to just turn around in. We also didn’t know this was a party hotel, meaning the music outside near pool/bar area is on ALL DAY until as late as 2:30am - 3am and came back on at 9:15am. The music is so loud you can’t hear the TVs in the rooms. Heard everything going on in hallways. Staff was friendly. I’d never stay here again and had I done a little research wouldn’t have stayed because of music. Never came back from a trip more tired than when I went.

Proximity to Southbeach, amenities and entertainment

Hotel is very old and some maintenance is needed ac unit woke us up at 2 am making a horrible load noise. We did get moved to another floor in the middle of the night. Other than that ok.

Room was dirty and the service was really bad from the front to the other team members. specially at the bar by the pool.

The hotel was ok at best. A relatively clean room to sleep in.AC didn't work that well. Pool looked very dirty and generally the area has changed from years ago. They provide beach chairs however you have to walk about 6 blocks to get. Dave at the front desk was great. Very friendly and energetic.

Loved the atmosphere very nice rooms very nice staff food and drinks are great if your looking for a vibrant vacation and want to be right on the attractions with f everything the Clevelander is were u want to stay their music is great the Dj will have you having a great time and last but not least this hotel was affordable get the ocean view room if you can !! I give this place a 10/10

The hotels iss the spot, they have the club they have the game room and restaurant all together it's the place to party. the rooms is on the small side but it's really just to sleep and shower so it works the staff was very nice they was very accommodating. I would definitely go back

Lovely

La habitacion estaba limpia ,los recepcionistas, los chicos de valen parking y los de seguridad del nihgclub fueron muy amables. Lo único que no me gustó es que mi habitación no tenía refrigerador para mantener el agua fresca en todo lo demás fue una experiencia nueva y bonita para mi y mi pareja.
