Only issue is parking was a problem 30 dollars every 5 hours cost 120 dollars to leave parking garage. Some when you have a hotel stay is 30 for the Entire night. So focus on parking when booking hotel stays.

Me da pena subir todas las fotos, si las necesitan se las envío, pero hasta arañas había y en las 2 habitaciones q estuve

The staff was very nice. The room was clean. The hallways are very cool. Walking distance to the beach and plenty of stores and restaurants all around. Great area.

Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. I must've mistakenly booked a room that I swore advertised a pool and beach view, but it turns out that listing must have belonged to a different hotel. Because of that, we chose not to stay. Even if the listing had been correct, the condition of the property made the decision easy-the hotel was extremely dirty and in clear need of serious upkeep. What's most frustrating is that despite not staying, the hotel refused to issue a refund. They insisted that I "did not see what I saw" online, which is both dismissive and unprofessional. For a place in such rundown condition, keeping a guest's money under those circumstances is unacceptable. A reputable establishment would never operate that way. Mind you the woman and the desk told me I would only be charged for the first night if I decided not to stay. Nice location-but the property itself and the management's refusal to do right by their guests make this a place I cannot recommend. They ought to be ashamed of conducting business like that.

Not worth the price at all

Clean & well kept! Air conditioning was definitely working that’s for sure, felt like the Antarctica. But that’s just bc I was too lazy to turn it down! We stayed the night when the Scottish were in town for FIFA and it was perfect location. Right near ocean drive & the beach, not the mention the awesome Cuban restaurant right below the hotel. Staff at both the hotel and Little Havana Cuban Restaurant were extremely friendly and my friends and I enjoyed talking to them. This might be a personal problem that I never resolved myself, but see if they offer free parking. there is a parking garage a couple feet from hotel with $40 an hour parking, so for one night it came out to $160. I honestly forgot to mention this to the front desk because my friends and i are like chickens without heads but just putting it out there.

Nothing The place is filthy with roaches, smell really bad, hair all over, nothing there is clean, I left the place requesting a refund and they declined twice, definitely neverrr would recommend this hole!!! Worst experience ever!

I had move my car midnight or it would get towed away !!!!room was 5/10 stove was dirty floors where still wet restroom had mold inside shower the chairs they promote walked the whole beach never found them called them and couldn’t understand front reception so that was complicated the walls where dirty as well they need do better with the cleaning the washer and dryer don’t work !!!!!!! I WONT BE STAYING HERE EVER AGAIN ohhhhhh and smoke detector gone missing

I like nothing about this place whatsoever oh wait Gabby was great for what she had to work with??‍♂️ Everything! Let you’re minds wonder!

did noy like the place, noise air conditionaire, room smells and there was an incident of fire alarm due to the steams hot shower from room and have to be outside awaitng for fireman to solve which was made in some minutes
