Not worth the price at all

The place is very convenient,and secluded in the heart of south Beach

I had move my car midnight or it would get towed away !!!!room was 5/10 stove was dirty floors where still wet restroom had mold inside shower the chairs they promote walked the whole beach never found them called them and couldn’t understand front reception so that was complicated the walls where dirty as well they need do better with the cleaning the washer and dryer don’t work !!!!!!! I WONT BE STAYING HERE EVER AGAIN ohhhhhh and smoke detector gone missing

did noy like the place, noise air conditionaire, room smells and there was an incident of fire alarm due to the steams hot shower from room and have to be outside awaitng for fireman to solve which was made in some minutes

Very poorly maintained. Dirty, mildew, loud, uncomfortable beds and sketchy ppl everywhere. We wind up leaving and not staying. Definitely not kid friendly

Enjoyed our stay and very accessible to the beach but did have an issue with some molding areas

I saw bugs crawling in my feet and arms. I was terrified. I didn’t sleep for the first day and second. The bed looks not clean and even the bathroom..

No shower doors in any of the rooms. No housekeeping.

The room was moldy, the air conditioning and shower blinds were covered in mold, the walls were chipped and scratched, there was hair on the bed sheets and towels were dirty. There was also loud arguments, shouting, slamming doors by residents and cleaning staff in hallways which made me and my friend feel unsafe. We were worried about bugs and bed bugs in the room so we had to use bug spray. Front desk was unavailable after 6pm and had no one to complain to. When I moved hotels and asked for a refund, the hotel staff was no where to be found and unreachable. Absolutely terrible experience, 0/10 rating. Would not recommend to anyone.

No shower door. Room was dirty. Laundry facilities do not work. Took money and no refund.

The room was smaller than advertised. The remodeling was not done well. Asbestos covered in paint. The table sits in front of an air conditioner which makes it too cold to sit there. The air conditioner is too big for the room. You can hear everything happening in the hallway. Its just not comfortable. Not enough space to move around and enjoy the stay.

There is no parking we had to find another hotel to stay at. Customer service was not helpful at all told us to park in the garage which was full and the guy told us to park 5 blocks away. No! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Muy buena opción, si buscas en lo más económico y cómodo, accesible a todo, limpio, completo para ir con niños, yo fui con 3 y estuvimos cómodos y el personal demasiado atento a todo y cada detalle , lo recomiendo al 100

fav place to stay at when i come to miami

The staff was nice and location was good There was mold in the bathroom that we didn’t notice until the last night and 2 people in our room got sick from it. Room service was every 3 days, it wasn’t easy to get clean towels and was clothes. Some people got into the building and was trying to kick everyone’s door in and no one gave an update on what happened.
