Mostly, I like the receptionist, professional and very helpful. In addition the bed was very clean and the room was provided with electricity so you can plug in the charger. Specially, Andrea, she was very professional, and she was cheerful all the time Nothing specifically

The environment and location The common area should be more clean.

The beds also had some curtains which gave some privacy. The shower and toilet were connected There were no bed sockets to charge devices

The location was great to get to the beach and bars/restuarants, staff were super friendly, the room was very clean and the atmosphere was incredible.

Nice people The shower flow was very weak. The elevator is slow and very bad.

Super dirty

The staff need to take care of appliances since we saw the pool was kinda dirty and the umbrellas in the balcony where damaged and on the floor , our toilet got overflowing and they took quite some time to fix it The rest it’s a nice option if you travel alone, they have good staff and the location it’s the best. Bed was comfy and the bathroom in general worked well

All the staff was very helpful, I’ll have to stay next time that I’m in Miami or when I go to Colombia.

Literally everything. The community, proximity to the beach, the atmosphere inside and outside, tons of inclusive activities weekly for hostel attendants. n/a

My experience at this property was extremely disappointing. The photos were misleading, not a hotel it’s a hostel. For over $200 a night on Expedia, I expected a clean, comfortable stay—this was the opposite. The room was dirty, the bed was uncomfortable, and the noise level was so bad that the front desk actually hands out earplugs. The TV didn’t work, and despite asking several times, we never received a remote. The A/C barely functioned, the elevator felt unsafe, and the stairwell was filthy. To make things worse, I was charged $12 for two warm cans of soda. This was my first trip to Miami, and this hotel made the experience far worse than it should have been. Expedia should represent this property more accurately.
