Great location and the staff were great, but there was a musty smell on the bed and towels and it’s very noisy at night

Walking distance to the beach which is very convenient. Property was very clean and staff were helpful and welcoming. No pool though. The attached restaurant had happy hours for drinks and food as well! Would recommend a stay here!

The location of the Kent Hotel was perfect. It was central to everything in South Beach. The front desk was so welcoming and checking into the hotel was very easy. Will be booking this hotel any time we're in Miami. The room was nice and clean. However, the pillowcases and bedding had black spots on them. Once they changed the bedding everything was great with the room.

* The shower water was cold every day and never got properly hot. * There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. * There was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom drain. * Water leaked out of the shower enclosure and flooded the bathroom floor. * There was no microwave in the room, which is a basic amenity. * The listing states that parking is available, but there is no complimentary parking for guests. Parking is only available for an additional fee, so the information is misleading. * The listing also indicates that breakfast is available; however, breakfast is not included or provided by the hotel and must be purchased separately. Overall, the property did not match the expectations created by the advertised amenities, and the condition of the room significantly affected the quality of my stay.

The property was nice. However, the rooms were very small, but the location is what was convenient.

The hotel is old but refurbished and clean. Due to it being an old building it has an elevator from the past that can only accommodate two at a time but we didn’t mind. We did however use the stairs except when bringing up and down our luggage. Our room had two queen beds as we had two adults and two teenagers. It was a very small room and very tight for four of us. There was no drawers so we had to work out of our suitcases which was a bit challenging. The mattresses were adequate but not real comfortable. There was a large tv and the air conditioner kept the room cool. Would I stay here again. Yes for the location but not for the room or amenities.

Not clean enough, breakfast so bad ( just 2 eggs and potatoe) no options , first time i see such a thing , air condition so noisy we couldnt sleep, shower bath so bad ....

Clean friendly staff conveniently located

Everyone was so kind. They allowed us to store our bags in a locked room until check in. They took my number and called me to let us check on early - we were exhausted from the flight! This beautiful hotel is a gem.

Cleanliness!!

The staff were very helpful and attentive. There was a weird smell when I entered the room that may be from the building itself but it was noticeable. The restaurant connected to the hotel was great. The location of the hotel is perfect. You are next to everything.
