I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel on South Beach. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how friendly, kind, and welcoming everyone was. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for — always so sweet, helpful, and attentive. The room was the biggest I’ve ever had on South Beach, beautifully decorated, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect!! A truly beautiful place with amazing people. I would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a special stay in South Beach. Cant wait to be back in september:))) absolutely nothing!!!!

The location was great, the bar convenient, the restaurant downstairs was great. Overnight parking was reasonable.

I had a great stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything I wanted to do was within walking distance. The overall atmosphere made my trip even better. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The location is excellent. They provide a pass for the public parking garage for $21, which is a very good deal. The hotel also provides beach chairs and an umbrella, but you need to carry them to and from the beach yourself.

Big rooms There is no room service at all. The hotel seems to be very conservative with cleaning supplies and does not appear eager to provide them when guests ask. I would have expected the room to be cleaned at least once during my 4 nights stay. In every other hotel I visited, the room was cleaned and the towels were replaced every day.

Perfect location for South Beach. One block off Ocean Drive with bars, restaurants, clubs, etc. all within walking distance & a great Italian restaurant on-property too.

Great central location. Our room was great and so were any staff we dealt with!
