Hotel Victor

Great staff ,great location, great hotel

We stay at the Victor every trip to Miami Beach, which is about four times a year. The staff is amazing! Helpful, responsive and always nice. Rooms are great, pool is great and you can’t beat the location if staying in South Beach. My partner and I absolutely love the Victor and the team.

The bathroom was a hazard because of the bathtub and shower. It was difficult getting in and out. There was also an annoying humming sound

Perfect location, the restaurant attached left us waiting for 15 min and ignored us until we finally left. It wasn’t even busy.

Some service and general cleanliness issues. But great room, restaurant was good, and the location is stellar.

The smell was amazing the minute you entered the door, the location was absolutely great and staff was the best. I love everything about this property honestly!

Close to bars and restaurants Not enough towels and wash clothes in the room. Also didn’t have a luggage rack

Insufficient room lighting. The window is blocked. I don't get any fresh air.

Perfect location, the pool area is really nice with a fantastic view. The room was comfy and the bathroom was spacious

The staff were helpful and understanding. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic and easily within walking distance to the main sites. n/a . I had no issues or needed to change anything.

Room was well sized on the side of the hotel but gave us a sea view. Bed was very comfortable and shower was large. Breakfast at the adjoining cafe was amazing One lift was constantly out of action so there was often a wait for the lift and being on the 7th floor the stairs was not an option

Great staff, clean room, upgraded to a suite which we loved! It was very close to the beach (walking distance across the street) and lots of restaurants around! The pool needs to be upgraded, but everything else was a win! Would stay here again!!

When cleaning should pay more attention to the walls, there were things splattered on the walls. Our room specifically had a glass shower and toilet door, those should have been cleaned more thoroughly as there were also splatter marks on those as well.

Hotel facilities & staff were fab! Loved the beach view from our room too! Will stay again!
