The room was as expected. I liked that it was across the street from the beach with access to lots of restaurants.

We liked everything—the hotel's location, the amenities, and the cleanliness. We were welcomed warmly and in a friendly manner at the reception. The doors were opened for us every time, accompanied by a welcoming smile. The room was cleaned daily. There is a café downstairs serving breakfast, though you can also eat elsewhere. We enjoyed everything, had no issues, and recommend this hotel.

The property is in a great location with many shops and restaurants within walking distance and right across the road from Miami Beach. The bed was really comfortable and the room very clean. Nice pool area on the roof terrace with plenty of lounges and seating. Due to the location, it can be quite noisy in the evenings with loud music easily heard in our room. I slept with ear plugs which helped but the music was always off by 11pm-12am. I’d request a room away from the front of the property if you prefer quiet. The pool temperature was like a bath and a bit too warm for my liking. It wasn’t really refreshing when swimming.

Best hotel I’ve been to in south beach! The rooftop pool is amazing and just steps away from the beach. They give you beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella at no cost! I will be returning every time I go to south beach.

Super friendly staff, great cleanliness, the hotel is an old classy of Miami Beach and had a cool vibe, and was renovated a few years ago.

Great room totally exceeded my expectations. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub.staff was kind and helpful with needs.

The hotel has charm but the staff is not very attentive and noisy disruptive maintenance takes place right in the middle of normal use hours, polishing surfaces in the lobby right at the check out time for example or one of the pool's edges having cones and safety tape to mark tile damage. Our room was very cold despite multiple attempts and requests for help adjusting it, we concluded that the thermostat did not work. Also our window was right non the next building's ventilation system making us feel like we were in an airplane. All that said, the hotel is in a perfect location and is somewhat charming but there are more comfortable place to choose all around.

The beach, and the hotel is right on the south beach walking path. The room windows are well insulated, you can barely hear the noise from outside.
