Location perfect, nice rooms, cool lobby and restaurant, comfy bed, great crib and comforter for little one. We loved bikes available for guests for 2 hours ?? And also coffee shop in the building was very convenient ? Mold on the ceiling above bar ?

Customer service was not that well organized. Had my reservation cancelled without advising and waited about an hour to get another room. They originally wanted me to get a smaller room but after insisting I was able to get the original room. We received a complimentary breakfast but staff seemed upset about it when ordering. Food was not what we ordered but we just wanted to get out and start our day. Overall it was ok.

Staff too occupied on telephone..seemed to be a inconvenience to help..heard other customers complain of termites in room and service still booked room..probably not book here again

During our stay there was someone in the hotel that had a dog. It barked for 40mins at 1:00pm in the morning. This woke me up.

Great hotel and staff were amazing

Arrived to a very nice room with broken air conditioning. They said it couldn’t be fixed and moved us to an inferior and smaller room. We eventually got moved back to the “nicer” room. In which our toilet leaked (clean) water, the towel bar in the bathroom was broken and when they finally got around to cleaning the room it was at 4pm. The elevator was out of service for three of the four days we were there. The shower water pressure was non existent and the shower water turned from cold to warm only after ten minutes running. Never did it get hot. It was better to shower at the public shower on the beach! .noise level was beyond reasonable until 4 am all three nights we stayed there.. Staff is courteous and well trained to deflect all of these problems and very good at protecting management so you never have the opportunity to speak with management. It’s a great location for the beach but it’s falling apart,including the check in where the computer system and printer were not working.

The room was amazing. We had a two bedroom one bathroom with two king beds overlooking the ocean! The only thing I didn’t realize was that the South Beach bar music would be playing very loud until midnight that could be heard in our room.

The service at the reception and the restaurant was exceptional! I desperately needed an early check-in and the hotel did everything in their power to help and accommodate to my needs. It is also right in front of the beach and close to shops. I would definitely stay again! Very noisy in the corridors in the morning.

Beautiful room, very clean! There is only one long mirror and it’s in the bathroom. So if someone is using the bathroom, we cannot blow out our hair or put our makeup on. I suggest another mirror outside of the bathroom would be helpful.
