Fantastic stay, staff were so friendly and helpful. We arrived very early and were prepared to wait. However they were able to give us a room that was an upgrade to an ocean view. Lovely hotel in a great location, would definitely stay again.

Right on the beach I’ve always loved this hotel!!! I’m sharing my experience because I believe guests should feel comfortable and secure in their rooms, especially when they have a “Do Not Disturb” sign displayed. On the second day of our stay, around 9:30 AM, an older female housekeeping employee knocked on our door quite loudly and asked my boyfriend if we needed room service. He politely declined. Despite that, she remained in the doorway in a way that made us feel as though she was attempting to enter the room, which was uncomfortable. The following day, around the same time, we were both completely asleep when the same employee knocked on our door again. This time, she opened the door and briefly looked into the room. We were sleeping and could have been changing, undressed, or otherwise in a private situation. Having someone enter or look into our room without our permission was extremely uncomfortable. On the fourth day, we left the hotel to attend the Dolphins game. When we returned, our room had been serviced, and we noticed that a bottle of tequila was missing from the room. What makes this particularly concerning is that we had the “Do Not Disturb” sign displayed on our door throughout all four days of our stay. Had we needed housekeeping or any other service, we would have contacted the front desk ourselves. I reported the situation to the front desk, and Marta kindly offered us complimentary breakfast, which I appreciated as a gesture. However, the issue itself was never properly explained or resolved. We were not given an explanation regarding why the employee entered our room despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign, nor did we receive a resolution regarding the missing bottle. I appreciate the gesture from Marta, but complimentary breakfast does not resolve concerns involving guest privacy, room access, and missing personal belongings. I hope management takes situations like this seriously and reviews the hotel’s procedures to ensure guests’ privacy and belongings are properly protected.

Not worth the price in my opinion.. Much nicer hotels for the same price in the area. We booked because it was close enough to South beach without being too loud, and there were beach chairs included. Note that umbrellas are an additional cost! The hotel was a bit old and not super modern. The room was clean but nothing special. Wouldn’t book again but it was fine for a weekend trip. Also it said there was a gym but they have a partnership with a nearby gym which is around 10 min walking. Not a huge deal as it is probably a very nice gym but I personally prefer an onsite gym.

Location right on ocean drive, reasonable price, extremely friendly, polite and professional staff. I will definitely consider staying at this location again for my future South Beach plans. Actually I have no dislike.

Nothing The room they gave me was not the one I booked. I refused to stay and now they refuse to refund me £709. Horrific customer service. They give me an inferior room and then refuse to refund me when I don’t accept it. I won’t give up until I get my money back. Booking.com protect their property providers more than us. They haven’t been much help at all.I have uploaded photos that were on booking .com and then the room that I was given. Beware of this place they are a sham
