Beach Plaza

The room was very neat and clean, there was someone waiting for us at the front desk and he helped us with our bags and to our room. It took about 10-15 minutes for the ac to kick on but it cooled off quite fast. I left something in the hotel room and the staff were quick to respond and get my item back to me. It’s about a 15 minute walk to shops nearby and restaurants are even closer. Walgreens is right across the street as well. There was no valet parking but there is parking at a nearby garage for $20 a day.

Check in was smooth. Security was present. Room was newly renovated but vintage. I could tell it was clean by the smell of cleaning products. Everything was walkable distance. Great price. Did not see one other guest. Restaurant/bar closed. Expect old Miami charm.

Nice property, quiet room, close beach, restaurants, española way, lincoln road Our room is ok for 4 people, beds are very comfortable but the sofa bed (for the 5th person) was very ubcomfortable. There is no luggage storage for large bags or carry ons, only small lockers. That was very unconvenient for us with a late flight

Its very refreshing to come to a city that has a hotel like this in the middle of it all I will always be back enjoyed our stay we will always be a customer. Judah again was awesome the mgr was able to get us in our room early we were tired off a week cruise he helped us store our luggage just a awesome place im familiar with

Every thing

WIFI, location, Cleanliness There was a security deposit DRAMA which was not clear in their advertisement in Booking.com. What they do is blocking the card after even checkout for 1 week time. In fact for their failure of management, penalizing customers blocking their credit leverage for another week

Great experience. Felt at home away from home. We were able to walk everywhere. The room was nice and cold and felt amazing coming in from the heat. Room was very spacious and clean. Owner was very helpful and kind. 10/10

Located downtown Check in process was absolutely atrocious. Couldn’t access the building after completing the online check in the day prior so it should have went smoothly. I was sadly mistaken.. Once we accessed the rooms, I reached out to the non existent staff via WhatsApp number they provided because in our villa there was BLACK MOLD inside the vents of the mini split AC unit. They did move us to another room which was great. But then we go out on the town get dinner and come back and at 145am we attempt to gain access to the main building using the codes provided did not work. We had to call to gain access to the building again. Then when we got to our room after getting into the main building our room code would not work again. I had to call a 4th time to get into our rooms. Room code was changed without our knowledge and with zero communication to us as customers. Extremely disappointed.

Great Location! No need for driving. Everything was walkable from the beach, lots of restaurants, stores, and Walgreens is literally across the street. There wasn’t a designated parking. Parking garage was all full. Had to change multiple parking spots just to get closer.
