We only stayed 1 night. Complimentaty drink and breakfast made it worthwhile.

It’s an extremely good value for the South Beach area. It includes breakfast and normally you get to welcome free alcohol drinks. Staff is always friendly and very professional.

Breakfast was pour quality. We had same food every day. Not much to choose from. It was not American breakfast style at all.

Location: 5/5 Hard to beat. The hotel is within walking distance of the beach and Ocean Drive, which made getting around easy and enjoyable. Ideally situated for exploring South Beach. Room: 2/5 We were three adults in a 2 Queen room, and it felt quite cramped. The room itself is on the smaller side, and the bathroom especially so. For three people, it genuinely didn't feel like a 2 Queen — more like a standard Queen in terms of space. Worth keeping in mind when booking for groups. Check-in Experience: 3/5 We requested an early check-in, which wasn't available — understandable. However, when standard check-in time arrived, our room still wasn't ready. To their credit, we were given a complimentary drinks voucher while we waited, which was a nice gesture. The first staff member we dealt with on arrival came across as a little unfriendly, though he may have been under pressure. Once our room was ready, Mike stepped in and was warm, helpful, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Bar: 5/5 Kevon at the bar is a gem. His G&T is excellent — definitely worth a visit. Breakfast: 4/5 The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of options. The only downside is that it's served in the lobby, which gets quite busy and feels tight when the hotel is at capacity. The food itself more than makes up for it. Pool & Beach: 4/5 The pool was great. A thoughtful touch: the hotel provides beach towels for guest use, which saved us the hassle of bringing our own.

The things I liked about this hotel is that the staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone had manners and were very helpful. The pool had a nice view and didn’t have much people in the area. The breakfast was descent but the serving staff was very nice. Outside seating to eat was beautiful but there was a lot of birds that ended up attacking some of the people’s plates and eating their food. The bedding was comfortable plus we had extra pillows. I loved the area around the hotel it had much places to shop , eat , and the beach was 5 minutes away . Everything was walking distance. The room looked clean or so I thought. When you looked behind the bed there was dust and it was making me sneeze a lot. I didn’t like the shower there wasn’t enough water extending out which made shower time longer than it had to be. The 2 bedroom I purchased definitely was way smaller in person. The room service didn’t stop by to pick up trash or any dirty towels that we had so that ended up piling up and making the room look dirty . Neither did they clean or change the bedsheets. Overall I would rate this hotel a 3/5 I wasn’t horrible but it could use some improvements.

I loved the location of the property to beach, many restaurant options within walking distance. Elevator is small and there is only one but not an issue if you are on 1st or 2nd floor.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were helpful and friendly. The villa building is separate from the main building and was a little old but very clean and conveniently located to the beach.

Michael at the front desk was very kind, welcoming, professional and accommodating. He answered all of my questions and made navigating the property an easy experience. My Traditional Villa Queen room was cozy, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for shopping, dining, going to the beach and traveling to the airport.

The rooms were clean, but housekeeping never entered the room while I was there to clean or to provide me with the necessary supplies. Breakfast was not the best. Overall, the stay was okay.
