Nice stay

The staff was very nice and you get a free drink at the bar upon check-in.

Very convenient to everything. I’m definitely staying there again. The price is very much worth it.

We were just staying for 1 night, transit stay, and it was amazing, very good location, very clean, very helpful staff, and again, the best location, you are in the heart of Miami, near the beach near ocean drive but not on it, near shopping area and near the cruise port. The staff are very helpful and professional friendly, and you have a breakfast buffet included. We would definitely stay there next time we go to Miami.

The main negative with the room other than the bathroom, is there was no coffee machine in the room which I have become accustomed to in the US. The breakfast was ok but did get busy but we could always find seating outside. I would recommend this hotel as a good budget option.

Clean rooms! but very noise as too close to the airport.

The location was great and the hotel was clean. I would not recommend the hop on and off double decker bus the hotel advertises. It was $30 extra if you purchased tickets through the front desk which essentially gets you a van ride to their office. It is not really hop on and off at your leisure, you stay on the bus and they make 3 stops; 2 for 15 min and then the last one is at the cruise ship port for an 1.5hr. It is cash only operation so when the bus dropped us off at the last stop and never came back to pick us up we were out another $30 to get a taxi because the office had no way of radioing where their drivers were or refunding us money.

Good hotel to enjoy vacations at Miami Beach

Concierge can hold your luggage if you arrive before 3pm check-in. They will also hold them after 11am check out if you need time to explore around Miami Beach for a bit longer.

I loved the security of the place, u cannot use elevators w/o room key and u can only go to your assigned floor w/ room key.! Also the free breakfast had a nice selection w/ a generous amount given, breakfast also stayed open till 10:30am which was nice I could sleep in a little. The location is close to lots of things to do and Washington Ave. With tons of food selections,. I also enjoyed walking distance to the beach.

Muy buena atención , lo que no me gustó mucho es que la piscina , no estaba en el mismo hotel , había que salir del hotel al otro edificio del lado , pero la piscina estaba buena , el desayuno muy bueno pero cerraban a las 9 y 39 mas o menos , pero por lo demás todo buen , demás el hotel está en un lugar muy céntrico y muy bonito , pero la atención muy buena 😘😘😘😘

Friendly staff, clean room. Solid 3* property. Great location. The full-American breakfast was very decent and helped with our overall budget in the South Beach area. The welcome drink was a very nice touch and lovely to drink on front patio porch.
