Riviere South Beach Hotel

Overall, we had a good stay. Great location and very good, reliable internet. The breakfast could be more varied, and the rooms could use a little updating and modernization. With a small investment, the hotel could be even better.

The comfort of the beds and pillows, the location near the beach, transportation, supermarkets and restaurants, the friendly staff, breakfast. I confirm the noisy aircon but nothing you cannot handle it!

Helpful friendly staff. Very limited and small breakfast offerings. Clean room. Great location in the city. Overall very happy with my stay there and would go there again.

Staff was nice but need to be more helpful to people who come from out of town. Give information on nice places to eat, whats open, etc. If you are traveling with kids then make sure to take a charged Ipad with movies downloaded. The wifi was horrible and the TV connection was really bad. It was lagging the entire time. Also the breakfast is a very simple, froot loops, corn flakes, toast, croissant and some apples in a basket. They have coffee with no creamer, just ref whole milk and OJ. This hotel can use some work. Besides that the staff was nice and cleaning crew as well!

I booked for 2 bedrooms, the other room was in another building, I booked it at the same time so I was expecting that it will be side by side or across our room or at least the same building. Good thing we were all adults. The server during breakfast only speaks Spanish, for a business specializing in hospitality staff should be expected to speak basic English. I am not in Cuba or Mexico. I know it is Miami with more latin speaking people but it is also a safety concerns. They should be expected to speak basic English, we are still in the USA. Parking was not mentioned when you are booking, it should be mentioned that as a guest it's parking on the street or where ever there is a vacant spot for parkmobile. And lastly, toilet water pressure was not good. I have to wait at least 10 minutes to make sure it flushes. It's embarrassing if you havr a blow out and somebody has to use it right away. As mentioned above

Location beautiful, staff really nice This place stank. It smelled so bad. They probably cleaned it but there was underlying smell that was just not good. Made me sick. Please beware before booking this place. The blankets also had pilling. It was huge and made me scratchy all night. Not worth the price. Stay somewhere further for better quality next time

It was quiet, nice rooms, awesome staff, felt safe, and good location!

I had the 1 bedroom appartment which was nice and spacious but the AC's were loud and little on the old side. Staff was very helpful and made that our room was ready 2hrs prior to check-in, which amazing. I would stay here again. Thank you

Great place and great location. Very close to the beach and restaurants also stores and shopping. You won't miss out on anything. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a decent place to stay clean and all the basics that you need
