The staff William, very helpful, resourceful and pleasant. If every staff member worked like William! Thank you for making two Southern women feel safe and locked in. The place is quite quaint and neat. It is the perfect place to stay when wanting comfortable and budget friendly. They have a great breakfast provided by their sister hotel. It is a beautiful place and the breakfast was delicious.

Cute and convenient location but room was rather noisy next to the road. The beds are comfortable but small (doubles) and squeaky. Any time someone moved their sheets were loud and the bed made noise. I read this in other reviews and can attest that if you're a light sleeper then you won't get a good night's sleep. Excellent coffee, tea, and water service. Close to the beach.

Bathroom doors are sliding No privacy Room very noisy asked to change room they asked why and gave me another room. Location great. Parking very close. I have used this hotel for five years straight. But i may look for another

Nice stay

Wonderful location. Beach was right around the corner and we had complimentary beach lounges and a towel daily. We had very noisy guests above us.

Location was perfectly situated to everything South Beach has to offer! Parking was difficult

Mold in room. Shower floods the bathroom. You can hear every single noise that’s made in this hotel. Your neighbors can hear your conversations clearly because I heard mine.

Check in was easy, room was very cute. Only complaint is the bed was very creaky. There’s no rug under and noise carries loudly through the room and hallways. Being on the first floor was convenient but we could hear everything. Breakfast was good and we loved the beach towels and chairs. We had a lovely stay!

Late checkin went well, agent pleasant. Enjoyed the decor and room amenities. Great location.
