The Betsy - South Beach

A wonderful time from the moment you walk in. Wonderful place and the staff is excellent and very nice. Everyone should make a point to stay.

Unfortunately, we experienced an issue with the air conditioning in our room, but the team handled it exceptionally well. They responded quickly, found a great solution, upgraded our room, and even reimbursed part of our first night for the inconvenience. Their outstanding customer service and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction truly impressed us. The Betsy combines luxury, excellent amenities, and top-notch service. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami Beach.

We enjoyed this hotel immensely. A great location, within walking distance of the action, but not directly in the mix. The hotel staff (Juan and Fritz) were extremely friendly and very helpful. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend for others.

Staff is amazing

The room was ok, wardrobe space very small thank goodness we were only staying a couple of days. The hand held attachment didn’t work only the overhead. The sink was blocked and the plug didn’t work. The breakfast wasn’t worth having didn’t enjoy it. The bar however was wonderful & the staff were really friendly and welcoming.

Staff would be excellent except for the valet. The last guys I encountered were so rude. I literally would not go back because of the way the treated me.

We really liked this property. The staff was helpful and kind. We met the owner and he was warm and very personable. Our room was small, but had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our visit and plan on returning in the future

The hotel is very cute, most of the staff was helpful, some were not understanding basic customer service.

The concierge Paul is absolutely incredible! He helped book a boat tour for us and arranged a rental car for the day, plus he organized a curated tour of the hot spots in Miami. We will be coming back!

I had such a great stay at The Betsy. It stands out far and above the rest of the hotels near it. From the service to the food, the rooms and the art, it is by far one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and definitely my new favorite in South Beach! Will absolutely be back.

Chambre petite qui commencent à être défraîchies, salle de bain minuscule où il est impossible d’installer sa trousse de toilette, air climatisé brisé deux fois en 3 jours, valet parking qui n’avait toujours pas retrouvé mon véhicule près d’une heure après l’avoir commandé, personnel plutôt bête… Heureusement, la piscine et la plage étaient bien.

Beds and pillows were comfortable. Our room overlooked the street but noise was minimal. Staff was super gracious and everything from rooftop bar/pool to restaurant to bar/music lobby was fun and personable. We had a 12 women family reunion and it was perfect! Could walk to beach, boardwalk, nice restaurants, etc. loved it!

Restaurant was really good. There was daily live jazz music on the lobby and bar area. From the morning till it's closure it was really happening and alive. With its design elements and architecture this hotel has a soul!

The room is nice, clean, smell good. Staffs are friendly.

I loved that this hotel was decorated like a house with built in book shelves and great art throughout. It’s an elegant place with lovely staff.
