Great staff..!! Great value.. great location

This was our first time in Miami and at President Hotel Villa. We had a great time. Mike at the front desk was super helpful and attentive. Our room was clean, however, when we arrived, the air conditioner was not working so we had to wait for maintenance to come fix the issue.

I love this hotel. Great location, super cute decorative lobby and good breakfast options. Staff was also very nice and professional . My room was so clean and it was huge . I loved everything about it. The only thing was the power went out in the entire hotel for about 2-3 hours. That was very scary because there was a dad and his young daughter that almost got stuck in the elevator just as it happened . He had to pry to door open to get them out. I was worried because I also had a small child with me and i didn’t want our room to start getting hot since the ac went off and I wasn’t able to charge my phone . That’s the only issue I had . I do understand that it’s an old boutique hotel (that has been renovated externally ) so the internal wiring may be older than some of the newer hotels and the ac is fighting against that dense Miami heat. However there should be major upgrades to the wiring and there should also be backup generators for emergency situations like that. I would love to stay here again but I am nervous that it may happen again.

Friendly, and a block from the beach, but bring your own chair they charge 49.00 to rent one to sit in.

They offer wonderful customer service, and the staff is always kind and welcoming. The room was spotless, and I genuinely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Had a very nice day at the president. The staff was very friendly. We arrived about two hours before check-in. They offered to check in our luggage however we just left the stuff in the car. They did have valet parking on site however it was $38. We opted for the self parking garage around the corner basically only $15 for 24 hours. The breakfast was pretty good. They had a nice full breakfast that you could get the next morning. They also had welcome drinks in the evening. The bartender was very friendly. Very nice. It was a very nice comfortable stay I would definitely stay again. It was only a short block and a half from South Beach.

O café da manhã é pessimo, praticamente pão, ovo, presunto, café e suco e maçã. Taxa de resort do valor da diária. O banheiro era minúsculo, muito mesmo, além do box não fechar direito e molhar tudo. Não recomendo!

Llegar a ese pinguin hotel nos h ubicaron en el tercer piso la Habitación pararece que tenía moho. Eso no fue lo que yo reservé tome una foto del moho en el baño. El edificio es muy antiguo.
