Friendly, and a block from the beach, but bring your own chair they charge 49.00 to rent one to sit in.

They offer wonderful customer service, and the staff is always kind and welcoming. The room was spotless, and I genuinely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Had a very nice day at the president. The staff was very friendly. We arrived about two hours before check-in. They offered to check in our luggage however we just left the stuff in the car. They did have valet parking on site however it was $38. We opted for the self parking garage around the corner basically only $15 for 24 hours. The breakfast was pretty good. They had a nice full breakfast that you could get the next morning. They also had welcome drinks in the evening. The bartender was very friendly. Very nice. It was a very nice comfortable stay I would definitely stay again. It was only a short block and a half from South Beach.

O café da manhã é pessimo, praticamente pão, ovo, presunto, café e suco e maçã. Taxa de resort do valor da diária. O banheiro era minúsculo, muito mesmo, além do box não fechar direito e molhar tudo. Não recomendo!

Very clean, staff were helpful, comfortable beds and great location. Rooftop pool was class. Breakfast options were repetitive each day

Llegar a ese pinguin hotel nos h ubicaron en el tercer piso la Habitación pararece que tenía moho. Eso no fue lo que yo reservé tome una foto del moho en el baño. El edificio es muy antiguo.

It's so close to the beach, parking is 1 block away, clean clean clean for an art deco in Miami Beach. Two nice complimentary cocktails in the lobby bar and just wait until you see the breakfast spread and really really tasty coffee. We're definitely coming back. Nice job President staff.

We expected better, rooms could be updated. Water from sink faucet was very little which made the washing hard. Breakfast could be better and atleast warm.

Location was excellent and having a roof pool was a bonus. The room was quite small especially when travelling with a medium sized suitcase each. Not a lot of wardrobe space either to hang something. Bathroom was a decent size though. Location and price makes up for it though.

Localização muito boa, no centro de tudo, e o staff muito atencioso o quarto é bem espaçoso mas a limpeza deixa a desejar, principalmente o chão. Espaço piscina pequeno mas agradável. Pequeno almoço base.
