Nassau Suite South Beach, an All-Suite Hotel

We loved the room itself, the cleanliness, and the pool, but what we loved most was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was wonderful. Thank you so much! We loved everything!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nassau – A True Lesson in Hospitality! I have stayed at many hotels, including major international chains such as Marriott, but I can honestly say that very few have made me feel as welcome and comfortable as the Nassau. As a hotelier and CEO of a hotel group in Brazil, I naturally pay close attention to the guest experience. And the Nassau managed to surprise me in a truly special way. Every staff member was incredibly friendly, polite, attentive, and always willing to help. Every interaction came with a smile, a kind word, and a genuine sense of warmth. It wasn’t just professional service. It was something authentic. The Nassau made my family and me feel at home, even though we were so far away from home. But I must express my deepest gratitude to one very special person: Susan. During our stay, she noticed that I was having difficulty carrying my young son in my arms. Without me asking for anything, she took the initiative to bring a stroller from her own home so that we could use it throughout our stay. It may seem like a simple gesture, but to me, it was one of the greatest examples of genuine hospitality I have ever experienced. Susan didn’t just solve a problem. She recognized a need, put herself in our shoes, and went above and beyond to make our experience more comfortable. As someone who has dedicated his professional life to hospitality, this experience made me reflect deeply on the true essence of our industry. We live in an increasingly technological world, where we automate processes, replace human interactions with machines, and sometimes forget what truly makes hospitality special: people. Technology can make a hotel stay more convenient, but it is genuine human care that turns a stay into an unforgettable memory. Susan gave me a true masterclass in hospitality. Beautiful and clean hotel with a spacious room and a great pool. The staff were wonderful — very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location is excellent, very close to the beginning of Ocean Drive, while still being quiet and relaxing. The only downside for us was the shower. The water never felt hot enough, and the water pressure was quite low. The staff kindly offered us another room, but when we checked it, the water didn’t seem significantly warmer, so we decided not to move. Unfortunately, I often felt cold while taking a shower. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Had a blast for my sister’s birthday! We all will be returning soon. Thanks for all the recommendations.

The location is also perfect — just a 2-minute walk to the boardwalk and beach, a 24-hour Walgreens beside us, plenty of restaurants and cafés including the Blue Lavender Cafe and Española Way all within easy walking distance. I have stayed in this area many times, but this was my first time at this property, and was very impressed. The amazing staff and fantastic location made for a great experience. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Eduardo, Mercedes, Susan and Santiago always had the time and smiles for us. They helped make our stay comfortable and worth every penny. My only disappointment was the gym, the treadmill didn't work properley and it was very basic for a hotel of this calibre. Overall, super happy with the room, the location and all those that do an amazing job.

Location is perfect, next to good restaurants & cafe's, 3 min walk from the beach, close to stores, right in the heart of the best of South Beach The staff really make this hotel. Relaxed, attentive, helpful, positive. The room was quiet, comfy beds, lots of space to work My only dislike was the hot water wasn't quite hot enough for shower / bath

LOVED our room. Very clean and comfortable bed. Very polite staff. Water pressure is too low and water does not get hot enough for a hot shower which is a big deal for me.

The room style was the very 1st thing we noticed. It was different but nice. However, the TV location facing the bed a being to close was a little extreme. The proximity to the beach was physically equitable. I'll definitely stay there again.

Great location, staff was amazing, Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Parking was not ideal but was not terrible. Would definitely book again.

The hotel was lovely and would definitely book here again. From the moment we walked in, the staff were welcoming, the placed smelled wonderful, it was clean and located perfectly. The pool was fabulous, with its own bar. The staff were always very helpful. Also the breakfast was available all day long, which was ideal as we were out early in the morning and often didn't have time to eat at that time. There was very little to fault about the Nassau Suites Hotel.

Amazing location-you can walk everywhere, helpful parking options, the staff are so helpful, we loved the attached restaurant Blue Lavender - we ate breakfast there each morning of our stay. The pool, hot tub, and lounge area on the roof were really nice and we used them every day as well. Super close to the beach. We also loved the set of the suite. There is a separate area with a desk where you can work if needed or hangout and read on the couch. We will for sure stay here again.
